Are you a fan of bananas? Well, they do contain ample amounts of
magnesium and potassium. But, there's another fruit out there, that's
popular in Puerto Rico and other South American countries,  and they
may be healthier than bananas.
The Fruit: Plantains!

They have more potassium and magnesium, both of which can calm the
nervous system, lower blood pressure and stabilize blood sugar.
And the best part: you can find them at most supermarkets (no having to
search foreign markets) a bunch is only $1 or $2.
