Italy's Rx For The Perfect Pasta!

                  Cook Pasta Like A Pro! 

Ever hear of the term "al dente?" It means to the tooth and it's
the way you should cook pasta, especially white pasta.

Why?
Cooking pasta less than the recommended time on the box,
and it (the pasta) is more firm and chewy, means there will
be less of an impact on blood-sugar levels.
And when your blood-sugar levels rise normally and not rapidly, means
there's less than a chance of you getting diabetes.

So, do like our Italian brothers and sisters, and cook your pasta
Al Dente!
