Mexico's Rx For Slimming Down!

                      Eat This To Lose Weight! 

There's some good news and some bad news concerning weight.
First, the good news- The United States is no longer the fattest nation
in the World, and the bad news- Mexico has taken over the fattest nation
title.
Some say it's the sedentary lifestyles, some say the influx of Burger
Kings, McDonalds and KFCs.  And then there's the former health guru
from the 50's and 60's who says that "the more industralized a country
becomes- the fatter the residents become."
Also see China and Japan. 


Well, if you're from Mexico, The U.S. or just want to slim down,
eat the "Mexican Omelette" and trim your waist a few inches.
The Mexican Omelette, what is that?

It's called that because of the peppers, but it can be called
the "Southwest Omelette" or the "South American Omelette"
whatever you call it- prepare an omelete as you normally would
and add some hot peppers. 

Why peppers and eggs to slim down? 
The hotness (called capsaicin) the peppers boost metabolism
and the eggs- contain compounds that fill you up and keep you
full especially as the day goes on.

As for the yolks- if you're not genetically predisposed to high cholesterol,
eat a few eggs a week without worrying.
And if you really want to turn off appetite, add some fresh mushrooms.
White button, crimini or portobellos.
One more tip- skip the buttered toast, the bagels, the hash browns,
the home fries, the big glass of O.J. the sweet danish and the 3 tsps.
of sugar in your coffee, these are the real culprits behind the weight
gains.
