The World's Healthiest Wine!

We won't bore you with the already known facts about wine,
you know- it helps keep the heart in great shape, it improves artery health,
it helps control appetite, it keeps Alzheimer's at bay and on and on.

This post isn't about something you already know, this
post is about where to find the "best for you" bottle of wine. 

According to some it's Tuscany, others say Argentina or Spain, Americans may
say Napa Valley California and of course a whole lot of people say-France.
But new research says you're all wrong, it's Chile.
Chile? Yes, Chile and the researchers theorize that the naturally Sunny and

The Mediterranean Secret To Youthful Skin!

                               A Simple Salad For Beautiful Skin!

In some countries like France, Italy, Greece and Spain-
a simple salad of mozzarella, basil, tomatoes and olive oil
is a meal all by itself. In the U.S. you have to add a few different types of
cheese, carrots, boiled eggs, and luncheon meats and that's considered
a meal.

Well, the simple salad many Europeans enjoy, is now winning raves thanks to 

its ability to heal problem skin. 
What type of skin problem?
Skin that's been damaged by the Sun.

And the salad that'll help undo some of that damage: A few tomato slices with
a tbsp. or two of extra-virgin olive oil drizzled over it.
