In Japan, the people drink green tea, eat fish, do gentle
exercise and eat only until they are slightly full.

In China, the people eat plenty of vegetables, ride bikes
daily, and drink oolong and white tea.
But what about Thailand? What's their secret?
Believe it or not-it's a spice. The spice: Turmeric!

That's right- Curry dishes cooked with turmeric, a yellow

spice that has the ability to flush out fat and rev up the metabolism.
The main component- Curcumin, has been proven to suppress the growth of
fat tissue in the body, plus it'll help the liver purge stored fats and reduces
inflammation and blood-sugar levels.

Another benefit of Turmeric- In northern India, the people enjoy a
95% success rate of NO Alzheimer's disease. Reasearchers who study
the people of this region, believe it's the daily use of Turmeric.
Just as it flushes fat, it also flushes toxins and plaque from the brain.

So, if you want to flush fat or lower your rates of Alzheimer's,
buy some turmeric from your Supermarket, and add it to soups,
egg dishes, meat dishes and stir-fries. Or look for Curcumin

capsules at health-food stores. Check with your Dr. before taking
any type of supplement.

Good Luck!
