                                      Eat Like The French!

With Valentine's day only a week away, it's time to prepare yourself nutritionally.
Prepare nutritionally?
Yes,  it's no secret that the French people and France are synonymous with romance.
And some of the foods they eat on a regular basis helps boosts their feelings
of tenderness and passion, and that's why you should start eating them as well.
So look below, and learn what foods keep the French primed and ready for
red-hot romance.
a) Cheese-
The benefits of cheese are endless, it helps you fall asleep and
stay asleep, it keeps skin youthful and in regards to romance--
it'll help intensify attraction for one another.
How? It lowers anxiety and tension. Give credit to the minerals, calcium
and magnesium and vitamin D, which raises happiness levels.
And lastly, cheese can help increase dopamine, a chemical in the brain that helps
boost the feelings you have for each other.
b) Oysters-
Although people still think eating oysters doesn't do much to enhance
sex lives, don't tell that to the French. Oysters are loaded with zinc,
a vital mineral necessary for testosterone production, which contributes
to libido in both men and women. Plus, oysters have amino acids that
have aphrodisiac-like effects.
Not sure where to buy oysters or how to prepare them?
Go to Google.com and type how to buy or how to prepare oysters
in the search bar.
c) The Beverage of Love-
If you think it's coffee, you're in the wrong country.
Of course it's wine. And having a glass a day can help slow down aging,
help you feel younger, make maintaining weight a whole lot easier
and most importantly, it lowers inhibitions and for some- it raises
libido. Wine as well as champagne (another Valentine's day favorite)
boosts blood flow to the erogenous zones.
d) Dark Chocolate-
Again, not surprising, eating or drinking dark choc. or cocoa
improves both libido and sexual function. Like wine,
dark choc. is able to keep plaque from sticking to arteries
and improving blood flow. (everywhere)
There you have it, 4 great tips to make this and future Valentine's
day a major success.

Love Rxs From Around The World!

                         Boost Your Love Life Naturally!

With the Spring season finally here, love is in the air.
And warmer weather for some means more passion,
but for others it may be a reason for concern.
The concern: Aging, eating high fat treats for the past
3 months or just not interested.
If you need help in the libido department, why not look

for help from your brothers and sisters all over the World.

That's right- look below and find out the Aussies,
French, Italians, and Greeks keep the flames of passion
burning.
a) The Aussies-
If you said drinking, you're wrong. It's the surf and turf.
Also known as meat and seafood. Their love of shrimp,
lobster and other foods loaded with zinc is the real reason.

Our bodies need the mineral in order to produce testosterone-
the key hormone of desire for both men and women.
And if you're a woman who's cutting out red meat and/or

seafood, look out. Why? You'll get frequent colds that'll last for days
and sometimes longer. Another tip: The Aussies eat a higher quality
of beef and fish. Not the chemically enhanced, hormone laden stuff that
impersonates meat and fish here in the U.S.
b) Italy-
Take your pick- the olive oil, the vino or the endless dishes served with tomatoes.
It's all of the above, but what really helps Italians perform their bedroom
duties: Coffee.
Often criticized, drinking more coffee may help with the
No. 1 problem facing most couples: Tiredness. It can also boost
production of the sexually stimulating brain chemical-Dopamine.
And ladies, although coffee works, the real drink to rev your engines-
Cappuccino. It contains more energizing boosting calcium.
c) France-
Yes, it's the wine, and it may help the French enjoy lovemaking
a whopping 3 to 5 times a week. Wine acts as a relaxant and an
icebreaker.
Plus, it helps keep plaque from sticking to delicate arteries,

especially those located near the sex organs. One warning:
Don't overdo the wine, if you do, you'll only fall asleep.
d) Greece-
Like France and Italy, the Greeks enjoy wine, olive oil,

lean meat and coffee and they combine it all and call it
"The Mediterranean Diet!"
This diet rich in olive oil, yogurt, nuts, fruits, vegetables,

fish and whole grains helps those with low sex drive or libido.
The diet reduces inflammation and boosts circulation throughout

the body, especially to the genitals. It also helps increase energy
and lowers risk of depression.

So, if low libido, fatigue or non interest is ruining your chances
of performing to your full potential, look to Australia, France,
Greece or Italy for help.

And if you're a woman who's been asking for your own
version of Viagra, perhaps we can help.
How? go to Amazon.com and look up our new E-document.

Mexico's Rx For a Better Love Life!

A Hot Food Rx From Mexico!

Are you a "hot food" lover? If you're like your brothers and sisters
from Mexico or any South American country, then give yourself a pat
on the back. Why? You may be lowering your blood pressure and
keeping your heart healthy by doing so.
Wait- eating hot foods lowers blood pressure? Sure does, researchers
say most people think the opposite will happen, (make blood pressure rise)
but it's just not true.

Jalapenos, serranos, fresno or habaneros switches on genes that keep
blood vessels relaxed and open, so pressure surges don't occur.
Ever hear of the "Latin Lover?" Well, it's no myth, a steady diet
of hot peppers keeps arteries open and heart strongs, enabling the
men to perform their manly duties  admirably.
And for women, blocked arteries may mean less pleasure and less
sensitivity, so the hot peppers work for women as well.
So, if you plan on having some chili or rice and beans this weekend,
remember to add a little more hot peppers to the dish and improve
your health for the better.

Important tip: If you're on blood pressure meds right now,
do not go off and try the "hot pepper solution" without
consulting with your Dr. first. And if you're healthy and
want to add some hot peppers to dishes-do it slowly, no Overloading

your dishes with a lot of pepper.

And if you need more info on hot peppers and better health,
go to Google.com and type in Dr. John Christopher.
He was a doctor trained in traditional medicine, and was constantly
giving his patients more and more blood pressure medications,
the medications didn't really help, so he looked and looked for
natural alternatives, and he found it...in peppers.
Read how he helped patient  after patient turn their lives
around with the hot pepper cures.

Good Luck!
