Brazil's Rx To Beat Dark Winter Moods!

                       Eat This For Better Moods!

The Winter holidays usually mean, shopping, gift giving, endless eating
and sports watching.
But for others, it may mean darkness, unhappiness and depression.

New research says that an endless diet of carb-laden foods, trans fats,
chemically enhanced foods and  sweetened foods may be the blame
for those dark, depressing moods.
You can cut way back or avoid those types of foods to feel better, but
you can also add the food that's named after a country.
What food is that?
The Brazil nut!

Like another mood-boosting food (fish), the Brazil nut can raise
confidence levels, lower stress and help you break out of mild bouts
of depression.
How?
Thanks to its rich stores of selenium, the mineral that's usually lacking

in those suffering from blue moods.
And even more good news, some people who stuck with Brazil nuts for
more than 3 months, were able to give up their talk therapy sessions

and antidepressants. And here's a fun fact concerning Brazil nuts...
the country was named after the nuts, not the other way around,
So, if you feel yourself lacking confidence and/or feeling dark or blue,

have a few Brazil nuts.
And lastly, unlike peanuts or chestnuts, you can have "too many"

Brazil nuts, eat No more than 3 a day.

And if you want more tips on how peanuts, chestnuts, macadamia
nuts or Pistachios can improve your health, head to our main blog...
