You don't have to be reminded that flying in this day and age
can be dangerous. And to keep you and your loved ones safe,
do the following...

a) Clean Your Hands- 

It's something moms and grandmas have nagged you

up in the emergency room or hospital. To avoid becoming
a victim, wash your hands for 15 to 20 secs. with warm, soapy
water and finish  up the process rubbing your hands with

b) The Nose Knows-
Due to the high altitudes, the air in a plane can become very dry.
And a dry nose increases your odds of getting an infection. 

To avoid this- Use an over-the-counter saline solution.

c) Boost Your Defenses-
How? By taking a product like Airborne, available
at drugstores. Or eating the herbs and spices that boost
immunity. Spices and herbs like, thyme, oregano,
garlic, basil, allspice and a few others.
And lastly, sleep more. You may pride yourself on
3 to 5 hrs. of sleep, but skimping on sleep
only makes it easier to get more infections.
Aim for 6 hrs. or more.
