Cold and Flu Prevention Tips From South Korea!

Prevent Colds This Fall and Winter!
South Koreans like their brothers and sisters from
other Asian countries have a number of ways to stay well,
live long and prevent diseases.
And when it comes to colds and flu, the people also know how to
make themselves "flu-proof"
So, how do they do it?
With tea and a spicy dish.

First up, the spicy dish.
If you're a regular reader of this blog, then you may be
familiar with Kimchi.
We've written on the benefits of Kimchi in the past and
if you want to lower your odds of getting sick this Fall or Winter,

you can start by having a bowl or two of Kimchi a day.

Kimchi is cabbage that's fermented and has vinegar, garlic and
hot peppers in it, and if you come from the U.S. Germany or Poland-
you may call it Sauerkraut.
Soth Koreans are so passionate about Kimchi, they eat it on noodles,
rice and even pizza.
The spicy cabbage delivers a ton of vitamins, minerals and beneficial
bacteria that protect against invading germs and improves digestion.

Now on to the tea...
Korean Ginseng tea to be exact.
It's loaded with phytochemicals, that increase the activity of
your immune-system cells, slashing your risk of infection by up

to 45%.

Important tips--
Look for Kimchi at big supermarkets, or at Asian markets.
And if you have high blood pressure you may want to skip it,
as some brands have lots of sodium in them.
Or go to Google.com and type how to make Kimchi in the
search bar. Learn to make it yourself and control the amount
of salt that goes into in.
The Tea-
Korean Ginseng tea can be found online at VitaCost.com
or Amazon.com.
And if high blood pressure is a problem, this may not be the tea for you.

That's it- and if you want more tips on staying cold and flu-free
this Winter, look for our past E-book, The World's Best Immunity Boosters.
Learn how your brothers and sisters from Germany, Canada,
Austria, France, Italy and Greece avoid colds and flu.

And one last thing... look for our next E-book, available at Amazon.com,

in the kindle store.
The subject: How to live a long and healthy life like a Frenchman
or Frenchwoman. Look for it in 5 to 7 days.

Good Luck!
