China;s Forbidden Rx For Boosting Energy!

                    Boost Energy The Ancient Chinese Way! 

The Chinese have given us a number of  tools to fight aging and
live longer and better lives.
And of course they've had thousands of years to use and test a lot of
these tools,  bike riding, stir-frying vegetables,  family ties, 

teas, and Tai Chi.
But there's one tool or secret that the people of China were reluctant to
share, 
What is it? 
Royalty,  the well-to-do and the socially connected ate a special type of rice. |

What type of Rice?
Black Rice!
And this wasn't any type of rice, it was black rice to boost energy levels.

This type of rice was only available to the most important and well-connected members
of certain Chinese societies. 

The rice was so tasty, nutritious and rare, it was only given to kings, queens
and the well-to-do.
But not anymore, today it's available to all members of society, young
