The World's Beverage Rx For More Energy!

Drink Your Way To Better Health!

Of course you know about the French and their devotion to wine,
or the Brits and their love affair with tea and then there are
those who are die hard fans of Coffee.
Or java or Joe.
And if you're like the people of Colombian, Ethiopia, Bosnia,
Finland, Norway, Denmark, the U.S. and the Canadians,
then you may want to really give that cup a Joe an extra
dose of goodness.
How?
By adding some coconut oil and butter to it.
Yes, popular in some countries, (Tibetans drink tea with Yak butter)
it's now catching on here in the U.S.
And if you don't have any dietary concerns, a cup of buttered coffee
can benefit your health in a couple of ways, like...
a) More Energy-
Skip the white carbs (sugared cereals and danish) and have a cup

of buttered coffee and you can keep energy levels high for 3 to 5 hours.
b) Better Brain Power-
People who've been drinking the coffee for some time, say they're
ability to complete simple tasks, remember more and concentrate
have gone up since starting their day with buttered coffee.
c) Reduced Appetite-
Unable to stop snacking even after eating a hearty breakfast?
Perhaps, the good fats you get from Unsalted organic butter
and organic coconut oil will put an end to the mindless snacking.
That's it- taking a healthy beverage and making it even better,
thanks to the advice from our brothers and sisters from around the World.
And if you need some tips on how to make the coffee, what type
of butter to use, the calorie count in the coffee, etc. head online to
Google.com and type Bulletproof coffee in the search bar.

And one last tip...look for our next E-Document, Food Combos For
Superior Health, online at Amazon.com/in the kindle store, in about
a week. An example: want to develop "super" immunity?
Combine green tea with a tsp. (or 2) of fresh lemon juice.
For the time being, look for our last E-Doc...
See title below. Don't let your doctor swindle you into taking
expensive blood pressure meds that may do more harm than good.
Lower blood pressure naturally, with a trip to the supermarket,
Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or your local Farmer's market.

Good Luck!

Cuba's Beverage Rx For Lowering Blood Pressure!

Drink Up For Lower Blood Pressure!

Not much is known about the foods and beverages that come from Cuba.
One food that's probably eaten and enjoyed are Plantains, but other
than plantains, what are the food choices eaten by most Cubans?
Well, we just received news that Cubans (like other countries) enjoy
tea.
What type of Tea?
Hibiscus.

But wait, this tea isn't just a tea to quell thirst or to go along with a
morning pastry,no- this tea can lower blood pressure.
Lower blood pressure?
That's right - 3 cups of hibiscus tea can lower blood pressure by 7 points
in less than a month.
The pigments in the hibiscus plants can open up blood vessels,
allowing blood to flow more easily, and lower blood pressure.

And there's one more benefit of hibiscus tea, the benefit:
Thicker and more luxurious hair, (see blood vessels opening up).
yes, opening up blood vessels to the scalp as well.

So, if you were curious about the foods and drinks that
are popular in Cuba, now you can say you know one...
Hibiscus tea.

Good Luck!
