Denmark's Rx To Control Cravings!

                  Eat Rye Bread In Denmark!

It's no secret, the Danes love their Rye bread.
Called Rugbrod, it's a nutritional brown rye bread that can be found in
supermarkets and local bakeries all across Denmark,
It's also low in fat, contains no oil or sweetners, and is rich in whole
grain and dietary fiber.

And according to researchers, a slice or two of rye bread eaten at breakfast,
helps reduce hunger for a whopping 8 hrs. afterwards. Rye bread contains

a unique form of fiber that ferments in the colon, causing feelings of
fullness to last for most of the day.
And if you plan on adding rye to your diet, add an egg or two and some
fresh mushrooms (white button)  to he mix and you'll really
cut those cravings.

That's it-and if your budget allows-why not fly to Denmark
and bring back a few loaves.
And  to read more on Rye, look for the post-
Oprah and The Denmark Diet! (yes, that Oprah) on the
blog- SupermarketRxs@typepad.com.

Good Luck!
