The Middle Eastern Rx To End An Embarrassing Problem!

Add More Spice To Your Life!

One thing about Middle Eastern countries like Turkey, Lebanon,
Syria, Iran, Iraq, Armenia, Egypt, Kuwait, and Israel, they love
their spices. They love to add spices to food and to hot water and drink
as a tea. What's so special about that?

Well, it may help conquer the embarrassing problem known as gassiness.
That's right- Embarrassing gas. Adding thyme, dill, caraway, cloves,

ginger, coriander or cumin work like magic to aid your digestive tract
in breaking down carbohydrates more effectively. Add them to soups,
salads, egg dishes, meat dishes or stews.

Another tip: If you're the type that just wants garlic or onion powder
and some salt and pepper, have a cup or two of peppermint tea
after a carb-heavy meal, it too, ends the gas attacks.

That's it- some health info from our brothers and sisters in the Middle East.
