France's Food Rx For Better Health!

                      Eat, Drink and Be Merry Like The French! 

The French are unusual, they eat fatty food like meats, cheese,
loaves of bread and drink wine and more wine. And yet, they don't
have anywhere near the heart disease or other serious illnesses that are
so prevalent in the United States.

One food they really enjoy is cheese and believe it or not, it can
improve your health in a number of ways, like... building strong bones, 

improving the qualities of your dreams and helping you remember those
dreams and it can also help you lower your stress levels.
Stress levels?

Yes, cheese is rich in the amino acids 5HTP, and it (5HTP) helps your body
produce the feel-good neurotransmitters-serotonin and tryptophan.

So, if you were afraid of cheese because it's a dairy food, high in fat,
and expensive, don't be, just remember the French.
And if you're going to be like the French, you must buy top quality,
cheese. The inexpensive, bland, tasteless stuff made in the U.S. isn't
health enhancing, but health debilitating.
