The Greeks enjoy a health practice similar to the people in Spain,
Italy and France, what is it? They take naps!

Yes, in the United States naps are meant for kids, not adults,
and therein lies the problem.
In the U.S. employers won't allow for naps, but in countries
like Greece, Spain, Italy and France, employers are all for it
and it's a boost to their 
health, heart health. 

Greeks take a 30 min. between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm are nearly
40% less likely to develop heart problems compared to those
who don't nap.

And why do naps benefit health?
Sleeping for 20 to 30 mins. each day lowers blood pressure and 

cholesterol.  Plus, naps levels lower stress levels and lower
stress levels result in longer, healthier lives.

So, are you ready and willing to take a nap each day?
If you are, just make sure the naps don't go for longer than 30 mins.
