Oprah's World Wide Rx For Better Health!

                        Drink More Tea Like Oprah! 

This is another post on tea. Talk show host Oprah Winfrey is
getting into the tea business.
Ms. Winfrey had some chai tea in India and is now teaming 

up with the coffee chain Starbucks to sell this particular
type of tea. 


What is Chai tea?
It's a spiced milk tea, that has some spices in it and a little
sweetener.
India, like France, China and Greece have made teas or
(hot water) and added spices to them for centuries. 

This is a great way to get the antioxidants you need, without
eating a ton of fruit and vegetables.

So, if you want to help Oprah and her organization, then head to
Starbucks and buy a cup of Chai tea.
But, if you want to hold onto your money, make your own cup of tea,
pour in some milk, add a tsp. of honey or molasses and
add some cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to it.
The cloves- help relieve pressure in the upper respiratory system.
Cardamom- keep plaque from settling near the heart.
Cinnamon- help keep blood sugar levels steady (helping you stay 

diabetes-free)
Nutmeg- called the first hallucinogenic, it's also a relaxant (not too much of it)
Ginger- ease aches and pain and boost circulation (no more cold hands
and feet,  ladies.

That's it-Some more health benefits from a cup of black tea.
