Natural Cold Relief From A Flower!
Long before there were pharmacies, people relied on
plants to get well and stay well.
And not much has changed in some parts of the World,
consider-South American countries.
Some of the people who live in certain South American
countries, still rely on "nature's bounty."
An example--Say you come down with a Summer cold
and want something natural, do like some in South America
and use a flower, more specifically- Nasturtims.
It's a bright, colorful flower and it's been used for centuries
in South America as a cold and flu remedy.
The flower contains an antibiotic compound similar to
penicillin, which is shown to kill bacteria in the upper
respiratory tract. Plus, this flower has immunity-boosting
vitamin C in it, also a cold and flu fighter.
So, if you're one of the unfortunate ones and
comes down with a cold in the next few wks, or months,
remember-Nasturtims.
Find these flowers in major supermarkets, the stems and leaves
are edible, and have a slight peppery taste to them.
Eat them raw or add to soups or salads.
And lastly, it's best to get them from a store.
You may be tempted to pick your own, clean them and
then eat them, but you may be picking something entirely
different, so leave it up to the professionals.
And one more thing...
If you want to get your body into bikini-type shape, but aren't
sure how to do it, head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store,
and download a copy of Bikinis and Sandals.
Once you download it, learn how to get rid of jiggly bellies
and thighs, remove the scales from your heels, get rid of
"Bacne" (back acne) and bat-wings. (flabby upper arms).
Good Luck!
