or if you just plan on visiting a country for the sights, make sure you stay safe.
Stay safe, how?
As in cleaning your hands.
That's right, the norovirus--best known for causing diarrhea and vomiting on
cruise ships-can also strike on planes.
And to combat it-make sure to carry alcohol hand sanitizer and use it after touching anything,
and by anything we mean pillows, head rest, the arm rest, etc. and also use some

To combat this...
* drink some water before the flight.
* eat some grapes, apples and kiwi--all 3 keep blood circulating.
* drink unsweetened grape juice
* Eat dark, 70 to 85% Chocolate.
* Get up and head to the bathroom, not only to relieve yourself,
but to stretch and move your legs as well.
* Wiggle your ankles while in your seat, provided there's enough room.
And lastly, fidget. Hopefully, you'll be seated next to family members who won't
mind all of the movement.
