World's Best Tea Rxs!

                     Drink More Tea!

In the U.S. the preferred hot beverage is coffee, but head to any number of

foreign countries and tea is the preferred hot beverage.
When one thinks of tea, the English usually come to mind and yes,
black tea does have its benefits. (Lowers stress levels, helps
you sleep, fertility booster, etc) but lets not forget there are dozens
of other types of tea out there and whether you travel to these countries
or stay at home, remember to drink a variety of teas.
a) South Africa-
Home of film star Charlize Theron, the tea South Africans drink can help you
stave off the aging process by 5, 10 or even more yrs.
The tea: Rooibos tea. Called "botox in a cup" the tea contains special
antioxidants and compounds that fight pollution, free radical damage
and the Sun's harmful rays, all of which contribute to you looking yrs. older.
And if you already look youthful, drink the tea to control eczema and psoriasis, and

relieve headaches and joint pain.
Look for this tea at specialty tea shops, health-food stores, Whole Foods,
or online at Amazon.com.

Last tip: Clean and grate some tangerine or lime or orange or lemon peel
into a cup and really make it more of an anti-aging fighter.
b) China-
Researchers say the Chinese (not the English) may have been the first to discover this healing beverage and if you also want to control your weight, look younger and delay the aging process, drink White tea.
It's no secret the Asian women always seem to look 5 or more yrs. younger than actual age, and yes, give credit to diet, family ties and gentle exercise routines, but you must also credit tea.
White tea contains compounds that work to protect your skin from the Sun, help to boost metabolism and keep skin looking youthful.
Plus, it's loaded with anti-cancer compounds, which explain the
low rates of cancer in most Asian countries.
Liven up the tea. How? Making some, letting it cool and then adding slices of mango, kiwi and pineapple. Use it to quench Summer thirst.
c) Jamaica-
As well as other countries that have almost 300 days of 80 degree temperatures
and the tea they prefer is...Hibiscus.
Mentioned on the "Dr. Oz" show, this tea can help you keep your hair,
lower blood pressure and slim down.
Drink it like the people of the Islands, and add a cinnamon stick, a wedge of lime
and some dark honey.
d) The Middle East-
If you guessed mint, give yourself a hand.
But are you aware of the different types of mint?
Mint tea can help you stay cool in the Summer (yes, a natural air-conditioner) ]
Plus, it can help put an end to embarrassing gas attacks and help you slim
down.
* Peppermint-
Can help those who are dieting overcome headaches and other pains that
occur due to cutting calories and going through withdrawls.
* Spearmint-
Ladies, embarrassed by facial hair? Well, if creams and shaving are out of the
question, just drink more Spearmint tea. This tea has the ability to lower
testosterone levels, the very (male) hormone causing the facial hair to appear
in the 1st place.
Just remember to cut way back or stop drinking the tea entirely after the hair is gone.
You do need some testosterone in your system.
To help you beat the Summer heat, drink the tea cool with a mint leaf and some ginger.
That's it- Cool beverage ideas to beat the Summer heat and bolster your health
as well.

Good Luck!
