The Scandinavian Rx To Ease Aches and Pains!

The Food That Ends Aches and Pain!

As we mentioned once or four times in the past is that to live a little

longer, you must follow the examples laid down by the people of
Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden, i.e. "The Scandinavian
Countries."

Thanks to years of research, their food of choice to combat blue
(Winter) moods and depression is showing great promise as a way to
tame arthritic pain.

What food is that?
Fatty fish.

That's right, the people of these countries eat way more fish than their
American counterparts and a result they suffer way less arthritic pain.
They also eat a better quality of food, less junk and less processed food.

The science behind this:
Fatty fish, (salmon, trout, tuna, mackerel, and sardines) are rich in 2 nutrients
known to ease arthritis pain, vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids.
Both nutrients decrease inflammation by suppressing production of cytokines and
enzymes that erode cartilage.

So, are you convinced? Ready to add more fish to your daily menus.
If so, remember these tips...
Make sure to bake, stir-fry or broil these types of fish in small amounts of oil,
(Coconut, walnut or Olive) deep frying fish in a lot of oil, raises your risk of stroke.

Reduce or totally eliminate the sweets, white carbs and other processed foods.
These types of foods only increase the amount of inflammation inside your
body. (especially your joints)
Drink green tea, green tea along with fatty fish really lowers the pain you
feel in your joints.
Eat more fatty fish (and less junk) if you suffer from blue and dark moods,

consider salmon and sardines- natural antidepressants without the high price tags
or side effects.
And lastly, for more great info on how Scandinavians enjoy such robust health,
head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and type The Nordic Secrets (or Rxs)
For Perfect Health, in the search bar.

Good Luck!
