Japanese Secrets To Banish Bad Moods and Mild Depression!

                                       Massage Your Way To a Better Mood! 

It's no secret- the pharmaceutical companies are making billions
off of those who are experiencing blue moods, anxiety, anti-social 

behaviors and depression and if you're one of those people who 
are paying the pharmaceutical companies you may want to try
something different. 

What type of different are you speaking about?
How about massage. 


No, not the type of massage you're thinking of, no- this
type of massage is done to one's hands, not your  back, shoulders,
feet or scalp.

That's right- your hands.
Massaging one's hands, feet and face has been done for centuries 

by Asians and Indians, but the type of massage featured today
was discovered by a Japanese woman in the 50's, the 1950's. 

The massage practice is called- "Jin Shin Jyutsu"
and all that's required is that you or another person massage the fingers
and in between the fingers. 


Hold on- isn't that reflexology or acupressure- you ask?
No- we mean a more physical type of massage, think of Swedish massage
for your fingers.
As in manhandling the fingers, you know- pulling on the thumbs, the ring, middle 

and forefingers, twisting them, deeply massaging them and pulling them.
You should do this  whenever tensions or moods get out of hand,
or whenever you have some free time, sitting in traffic or when 

you're watching your favorite T.V. show.

you, you also may want to look into other alternative methods to help alleviate
some of the symptoms, you know-things like exercising, (preferably outdoors)
as in a brisk walk, (walking in a circle for 20 mins, lowers stress and anxiety levels)
eating a better diet, especially more fatty fish, (which is called nature's best diet pill)
volunteering, (take the focus off of you and give it to a vet, an elderly person,
abandoned pets or a troubled kid)
Or try the thousand yr. old remedy used by Tibetans and Indians- meditation or yoga.
