Japanese Island's Rx For Living Till 100!

                                      Longevity Secrets From Okinawa!

Are you interested in living till 90 or 100 yrs. of age?
Well, the people of Okinawa Japan may be able to teach you a thing
or two about living without diseasea, and aches and pains, how do they do it?
A number of things come to mind, like...
a) Eating smaller meals of vegetables, rice, fish, tofu and miso soup.

b) Drinking Green tea and not soda or other sugary beverages.
c) Eating until they're slightly full and then leaving the table.

d) Prayer and Meditation.
e) Exercising Less, No miles and miles of running. The Okinawans
walk to a neighbor's house, work in gardens, and practice gentle stretching
exercises.

f) Socialize- Unlike Americans who want to "be alone" the Okinawans meet
monthly for "moai" fun get-togethers with people who have similar interests.
And being around positive, upbeat people help your immune systems,
help keep your mind sharp and help keep you from ever being lonely.
All things necessary for living a long, fruitful life.
One more tip: If you adopt this tip-make sure the people you plan on spending
time with are positive and kind. No negative types who engage in harmful gossip.

Good Luck!
