England's Rx To Boost Winter Heart Health!

                                  A Cup of Tea, Please!

Can you guess what season creates the most heart attacks?
If you said the Summer season, you're wrong. It's the Winter season.
And researchers say it happens for a number of reasons, like...

* Colder air- which constrict airways and arteries
* Lack of exercise- many feel that it's too cold to head outdoors

and just give up their exercise routines.
* Non-Stop Buffets- As in Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's eve,

superbowl parties, and Valentine's day- champagne, chocolate, a good sirloin, etc.
* Lack of Sunlight- That's right, shorter days and too little sunlight play a part in
your well-being.  The Sun gets a bad rap, but it can actually boost immunity
levels and keep you fit, trim and heart healthy.

* Snow Shoveling- Sitting indoors for days and weeks at a time and then coming out
to shovel is equivalent to running a marathon in some cases.
Hey, it's not called The "Widow Maker" for nothing,
And now that you know about some of the causes for that Winter heart attack,
it's time to learn how one country may help you prevent them.

The country: England!

Hey, no jokes about fish and chips (fries) or bubble and squeak, or -heavy
meals or endless mugs of beer.
This tip is all about that beverage that has kept most Brits hale and hearty
for centuries, the beverage: Tea, and not your run-of-the mill black tea.

No- the tea that'll keep your heart in tip-top shape, is Earl Grey Tea!
It protects your heart in 2 ways, the 2 ways...

* It cuts the risk of clogged arteries, thanks to the antioxidants in the tea.
* And it contains a key flavoring called Bergamot, acts like a Dr. prescribed
statin to reduce bad cholesterol and increase the good kind of cholesterol.

So, if you're concerned about your heart health in the Winter or any other

season, make sure to have the beverage that's been a staple of the
English diet for centuries, Earl Grey tea.
Look for Earl Grey tea at supermarkets or health-food stores, or go online
to a reputable tea shoppe and buy some loose tea and steep it for 5 mins.

Avoid oversteeping or it'll be bitter.
And serve some with lemon or lime juice and not milk as it has a citrusy flavor
already. Also helpful...skip the scones, danish, canolis, doughnuts and other
pastries with your cup of tea, this too, also helps you avoid  Winter heart attacks.

Good Luck!

The Jamaican, Thailand and Indian Rx For A Younger Brain!

Eat This For A Younger Brain!

In some parts of the World like Jamaica, Thailand, Indonesia
and India they use spices to flavor their foods, it's not just salt
and pepper for these people and the spice they use is now being
praised as way to keep inflammation from sticking to the arteries
around your heart and your brain.

The Spice:
Turmeric. It's being hailed as a hero to those who don't
want to use the Rxs recommended by their physicians (and big Pharma)
and it may work for you, too.

Special compounds in turmeric, act like anti-inflammatories
on your insides, helping to slow brain aging and keep your heart healthy.
And that's not all- new research says that Turmeric can destroy
80% of invading viruses that may cause future colds and flu.
So, if you're a salt and pepper type of person, look to the people
of northern India, Indonesia, Thailand and Jamaica and use some
turmeric. Use it on soup, eggs, salads, stir-fries or drink it as a tea.
Add a 1/2 tsp. to a cup of hot water, let it sit for a min. or two and drink
slowly.

And if you're looking for more ways to avoid colds and flus this
Holiday season, look no farther than Amazon, the jungle, no-the
e-book store, known as Kindle and order...
The World's Best Secrets To Never Getting Sick!
Order it and learn how the people of...
The Andes, Australia, The Amazon jungles, France, Greece,
India, Denmark, England, Italy, Indonesia, Mexico, Siberia,
Poland and Tibet manage to stay cold and flu-free.

France's Beverage Rx For Heart Health!

                                   Drink Up Like The French!
The drink that's mostly drunk around the New Year can boost heart health,
shield you from Parkinson's disease, and increase circulation.
What drink is able to do all that?
Champagne!

That's right, a glass of the bubbly is a bonafide health tonic.
Not only does it keep inflammation from attaching to
artery walls around your heart and your brain.
And less inflammation means a reduced chance of getting
heart disease or Parkinson's disease.

And that's not all-The fizzy bubbles also benefit your health,
how? They boost circulation and increase levels of nitric oxide,
helping to keep all of your internal organs "well-noursihed."
That's it- Although it may not be in your budget to drink
champagne daily, try and drink some a few times a week.
It doesn't have to be a $200 or $300 dollar bottle,
a bottle that costs $30 or less is quite alright.

Good Luck!

New Zealand's Rx For Office Workers!

                             Health Tip From New Zealand!
Are you an office worker? Spend a lot of time sitting for your job?
Or are you someone who sits for hours due to driving or flying for hours?
Well, if you're someone that's spends a lot of time sitting-
you're at risk for blood clots.

But wait, New Zealand has a  fruit cure.
The fruit cure: Kiwi!
That's right, New Zealand, not Australia is where the Kiwi comes from
and their a formidable foe against blood clots.
Give thanks to the high amounts of vitamin C and other nutrients
that bolster heart health by improving circulation, keeping blood fats
under control and preventing deadly blood clots.

How powerful are Kiwi? Just 2 a day can lower blood clot risks by 20%
and reduce triglycerides by 15%.

And if blood clots aren't a concern-use them to clear up undereye circles.
A teacher who was prescribed 2 kiwi a day to build up her immunity for the
upcoming school year, was able to stay cold-free, and received an unexpected
bonus: the dark circles under her eyes disappeared.

So, if you're an office worker or someone who sits in a car
or plane for hours or someone who wants the dark circles under your
eyes gone-then try the New Zealand rx of 2 kiwis a day.
And to really double the benefit: have a glass of grape juice with your kiwi.

Good Luck!
