The World's Best Rxs For Valentine's Day Leftovers!

                           Use Those Leftovers!

Although we're not sure how Valentine's day is celebrated in say--France, Italy,

Spain or Greece, we decided to go ahead and give you our thoughts on
how to use up those leftovers.
You know, the roses, the champagne and the chocolate.
First up, the champagne...
a) Drink it up to keep your heart and mind in tip-top shape.
The grapes used to make each bottle help keep plaque from
sticking to delicate arteries in and around the heart and brain.
b) Thicker Hair-

Don't give in to the latest and (more expensive) hair care product,
just use some lukewarm champagne as a conditioner.
It'll leave hair looking thick and luxurious.
Now on to the chocolate....

Chocolate like grapes can keep both your mind and heart in tip-top shape
as well. Give credit to the hundreds of compounds found in dark choc.
And there's more...
Eat some dark chocolate or drink a cup of unsweetened cocoa each day
and you'll...
* slash stroke risk by 20%.
eat a few grapes as well and lower it by 45%.
* stave off middle-age spread
* Extend your life by another 3 to 5 yrs.

 * Fend off blue moods.
Don't add choc. to white flour and sugar to make a decadent
dessert. Not only will blue and dark moods increase, you'll also
have middle-age spread to contend with.
And lastly, the flowers, aka Roses.
Throw some rose petals in your bath water for youthful skin
or place some in a large bowl along with some avocado and a tsp. of honey.

Blend together, lie back and apply to your face and neck.
Leave on for 15 to 20 mins. and then rinse off with water.
There you have it, some great uses for leftovers that'll not only
improve your health, but your looks as well.

Good Luck!

And one last thing, learn how the Italians live till
80 and 90 eating one of the foods many have called
decadent, fattening and just not good for you.

it may actually extend your life.

                        Enjoy The Bubbly!
In two days there will be a lot of toasting, why?
It's Valentine's Day. And if you're the romantic type and really
want to impress your loved one-take them to Paris.
Okay- it's not possible for everyone, but you can make a drink that
comes from the posh 4 Seasons George V Hotel in Paris.
The Drink: A Parisian Champagne Cocktail.
Ingredients:
2 strawberries-hulled
8 raspberries
3/4 cup guava nectar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tsps. grenadine syrup
Champagne or sparkling wine 1 bottle

Directions:
Divide fruit between 2 Champagne flutes, mix
guava nectar, juice and grenadine; divide between
the flutes. And finish up by filling flutes with Champagne
or sparkling wine. Serves 2.

That's it- And remember- you may not be able to take your
loved one all the way to Paris this Valentine's day, but you

can bring some of Paris to them.

May you and loved one have a Happy Valentine's day
this Thursday and many more Valentine's days after that.

Good Luck!

France's Beverage Rx For Heart Health!

                                   Drink Up Like The French!
The drink that's mostly drunk around the New Year can boost heart health,
shield you from Parkinson's disease, and increase circulation.
What drink is able to do all that?
Champagne!

That's right, a glass of the bubbly is a bonafide health tonic.
Not only does it keep inflammation from attaching to
artery walls around your heart and your brain.
And less inflammation means a reduced chance of getting
heart disease or Parkinson's disease.

And that's not all-The fizzy bubbles also benefit your health,
how? They boost circulation and increase levels of nitric oxide,
helping to keep all of your internal organs "well-noursihed."
That's it- Although it may not be in your budget to drink
champagne daily, try and drink some a few times a week.
It doesn't have to be a $200 or $300 dollar bottle,
a bottle that costs $30 or less is quite alright.

Good Luck!
