The Peruvian Rx For Summer Slimness!

                      Live Long Like The Peruvians!

Whenever there's a discussion about the people that live well into their
80's and 90's without serious illnesses or diseases, we hear about the
Japanese, the Sardianians, or Scandinavians.

And whenever there's a discussion about the thinnest people around the
World,  the conversation turns to Danes, Icelanders, the Chinese and the Japanese.

But what about the Peruvians from the Andes mountains?

That's right, and according to new research, the Peruvian people
routinely make it to age 90 and beyond and 98% of the people are at their ideal weight.

How do they do it?
With South American "superfoods" and what are those?
* Yacon-
It's a root vegetable that's been made into a syrup that you add to a bowl

of fruit or a smoothie. The syrup lowers blood sugar levels by about 40% and
targets belly fat.
* Chia Seeds-
Often mentioned on the Dr. Oz show, these seeds when added to a smoothie
or a bowl of yogurt can help you lose 200% more weight.
* Avocado-

Yes, it's a "high-fat" food but it's a good fat. The type of fat that boosts metabolism
and cuts hunger.
* Papaya-
Papaya contains papain, an enzyme that fights bloat.
* Dark Chocolate-
Yes, chocolate, but it must be the type of chocolate that contains very little
sugar.
There you have it, a list of the superfoods that help the people of the Andes mountains
live well into your 90's and maintain weight easily and effortlessly.
Add these foods to smoothies with kale and blueberries.
Or add them to some plain yogurt and enjoy it like you would a pudding.

For more on the best-kept slimming secrets from around the world,
head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and type Get Skinny Secrets
From Around The World, in the search bar.
Or type Whole Body Reboot into the search bar.
It was written by a young man who grew up high atop the Andes
mountains and now lives and works in San Fran. Calif. educating the
masses on how to live long like the Peruvians.

Good Luck!

World Wide Rxs To Erase Stress and Anxiety Pt. 2!

                       Lower Stress and Anxiety Naturally!

As promised, here are some more tips from how the people
of Sicily, Tuscany and Peru ease stress and lower anxiety
levels.
a) Sicily-
Sicilians eat nuts to reduce anxiety levels. Nuts?

That's right- a nut that's used to flavor desserts like Ice
Cream and pastries and it's the favorite snack food of Rapper
Kanye West.
What is it? Pistachios! The nuts are packed with calming
magnesium, as well as B vitamins that raise levels of the relaxing
amino acid GABA in the brain.
Another benefit: They help you reduce the food cravings
brought on by stress and boredom.
b) Tuscany-
Another Italian country, and their method for staying calm-
Walking. The people of Tuscany walk while doing chores,
they walk to markets, and they walk to visit friends and family.

Walking has been called "nature's best antidepressant" by some
medical professionals, and it may be true.
Walking releases endorphins (the feel good hormones) and help
bring about calm in less than an hour.
Walk in a circle if you're bothered by something incredibly stressful,
20 mins should do it. Or walk on a trail or hiking path is you feel
your stress levels starting to rise.
c) The Andes Mountains-
The Peruvians who live high atop the Andes mountains
 routinely make it to 100 yrs. of age, thanks to their
laid-back lifestyle, diet and ability to adapt to life's hardships.
One thing the Peruvians do to stay calm and even-tempered-
eat seeds. More specifically a seed called Sacha Inchi.
It's a crunchy seed that's loaded with omega-3 fatty acids,
as well as protein and vitamins A & E. The seeds are also high in trytophan,
which is needed to produce feel-good brain chemicals.
The seeds also help reduce mild bouts of depression.

Find Sacha Inchi under the name TerrAmazon and they're available
at health-food stores or Whole Foods.

Good Luck and Good Moods!

Andes Rx For Building Super Immunity!

                                        Boost Immunity Like The Peruvians!
The Peruvians who are descendants of the Incans, are some of the most durable and
longest-lived people on Earth.
One reason for their durability: Strong Immune systems. Living atop the Andes
mountains, with the unpredicatable weather changes, requires steel-like Immunity.

How do they achieve "super immunity?"
One theory is a food, a grain to be exact.
The grain: Quinoa!

It's an ancient grain from the Andes, that has a fluffy, slightly crunchy
texture and a nutty flavor. It's a complete protein, that contains all nine essential
amino acids, and it's also loaded with lignans, compounds that protect the heart
and help the liver flush out harmful toxins, and giving you an impenetrable Immune
system.

So, if a strong immune system is something you're hoping to achieve,
look for the grain known as Quinoa.
Find Quinoa in health-food stores and in well-stocked Supermarkets,
follow the directions on the label and use in place of rice, breakfast cereal
or as a side dish or in soups and casseroles.
And some more great news about Quinoa: It's completely "gluten-free."

Good Luck!
