The World's Best Rxs For a Great Summer!

Healthy Tips For A Great Summer!

The Summer season is only 4 wks. old. That means there are still another
6 wks. to enjoy and take advantage of the great weather.
If you suffer from some of the things associated with the Summer season,

perhaps your friends in Italy, France, or Greece can help.

Things like, skin damage from too much Sun, or headaches, or
bloat. You know, things you may also suffer from in the Fall or Winter.
(depending where you live)

Well, to help put an end to those pesky things, let's get some help
from our friends overseas. First up,
a) Headaches-
Too many salty hot dogs may be the cause, but to put
an end to that head throbbing pain, we'll get help
from Greece. And their solution is to go Nuts.
Not literally, but as in eat nuts, they're a great source of magnesium,
an important mineral that ends the head pain.
And if you're deficient in this mineral, it's usually caused by excessive sweating.
So, do like the Greeks and eat a few walnuts, almonds, and pistachios.

You may have to rinse them first, as some come with a lot of salt.
And lastly, skip the processed foods, (white rolls and hot dogs)
and fill yourself with fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts.
b) Bloat-
Ladies, don't think bloating happens in the Summertime?

It does, and it usually means your body's trying to hold onto
water in an attempt to stay cool. To fix it, get help from Italy
or France and use Fennel. The licorice-tasting plant is used in
soups and salads and the seeds to make a tea. Fennel is
one of the best foods to help flush up to 4 to 5 pounds of
excess water from your system.
Another tip: some doctors recommend it to pregnant women to
end their cravings for junk food and keep weight down.
Go online to Google.com if you're not sure how to buy or cook it.
c) Boost Energy-
Who wants to expend energy in the Summer?
Well, if you need to get an outdoor job done, but don't
have the energy to do so, look for help from the Japanese,
the Greeks or Italians, and the tip is...eat Seafood.
Popular in these countries, seafood is rich in nutrients
that help your liver convert food into energy enzymes.
Just make sure you prepare the seafood in a way that's
beneficial to your health, No deep frying it.
d) A Natural Sunscreen-
Concern about skin cancer is on the minds of parents everywhere, and if this is a concern you have, look for help in the Middle East.
The solution: Pomegranate. As popular in the Middle East as apples are to Americans. Pomegranate, the seeds or the juice can strengthen the internal tissues that cause skin to become damaged.
It works so well, it's able to block out about 30% of the Sun's harmful rays.

Also helpful- cooked tomatoes. How many Italians do you know
that are afflicted with skin cancer? Just asking.
And speaking of tomatoes, they also help you get to sleep and stay asleep in these hot and humid days. The more you eat, the more deeply you'll
sleep. Also helpful: Watermelon, the "official" food of Summer.
Make a tomato and watermelon salad and really get some deep sleep.

That's it, 5 tips to help you get through this Summer easily and
effortlessly. And if you want more tips like these,
head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and look for our latest
E-Documents...see both titles to the right.
One will help you avoid the scourge known as skin cancer. using food,
the other- will reveal how the people of Denmark, Australia,

Morocco, Italy, France, China, Japan, Belgium, Greece
and Thailand don't have the same struggles with weight,

as their American counterparts seem to have.

Are you or your family worth a combined $4.00?

Italy's Rx For A Stronger Physique!

                           Avoid Bone Loss!

As one ages the fear of losing sight, mobility, hearing and thinking abilities become
major concerns.
Another major concern as we age is bone loss, aka Osteoporosis.
But, it doesn't have to be that way,  you can avoid it if you do some simple things.
Things like...
*stay active
* lift weights (even jugs with coins in them, count)
* eat bone -enhancing foods like plums, pecorino cheese
onions, dark choc. mustard, fish and drink beer)
* Or do like your brothers and sisters from Tuscany,
   Sicily and Rome do.
 What is that?
Eat more tomatoes. No, not red tomatoes.

The red variety do offer some health benefits, like...protection from
the Sun (a natural sunscreen) an appetite suppressant, and help
you live about 5 to 8 yrs. younger.
But the tomato we're talking about is unripened and still green.

Yes, if you're a fan of green tomatoes, then you're in luck.
Thanks to new research, green tomatoes have special compounds in them

that keep bones strong well into old age.
And they seem to work better than the foods (and beverage) mentioned above.

So, are you willing to eat more green tomatoes for stronger bones?
If so, make sure to prepare them in a way that doesn't hinder or harm
your health. No deep frying in oil and covered with white flour.

Go online and look for alternatives to all of that oil and all of that
flour.

That's it- and don't forget to check out more great info on living
longer and improving your quality of life using only natural methods.

World Wide Rxs To Erase Stress and Anxiety Pt. 2!

                       Lower Stress and Anxiety Naturally!

As promised, here are some more tips from how the people
of Sicily, Tuscany and Peru ease stress and lower anxiety
levels.
a) Sicily-
Sicilians eat nuts to reduce anxiety levels. Nuts?

That's right- a nut that's used to flavor desserts like Ice
Cream and pastries and it's the favorite snack food of Rapper
Kanye West.
What is it? Pistachios! The nuts are packed with calming
magnesium, as well as B vitamins that raise levels of the relaxing
amino acid GABA in the brain.
Another benefit: They help you reduce the food cravings
brought on by stress and boredom.
b) Tuscany-
Another Italian country, and their method for staying calm-
Walking. The people of Tuscany walk while doing chores,
they walk to markets, and they walk to visit friends and family.

Walking has been called "nature's best antidepressant" by some
medical professionals, and it may be true.
Walking releases endorphins (the feel good hormones) and help
bring about calm in less than an hour.
Walk in a circle if you're bothered by something incredibly stressful,
20 mins should do it. Or walk on a trail or hiking path is you feel
your stress levels starting to rise.
c) The Andes Mountains-
The Peruvians who live high atop the Andes mountains
routinely make it to 100 yrs. of age, thanks to their
laid-back lifestyle, diet and ability to adapt to life's hardships.
One thing the Peruvians do to stay calm and even-tempered-
eat seeds. More specifically a seed called Sacha Inchi.
It's a crunchy seed that's loaded with omega-3 fatty acids,
as well as protein and vitamins A & E. The seeds are also high in trytophan,
which is needed to produce feel-good brain chemicals.
The seeds also help reduce mild bouts of depression.

Find Sacha Inchi under the name TerrAmazon and they're available
at health-food stores or Whole Foods.

Good Luck and Good Moods!

Sicily's Food Rx For Better Health!

                                      Live Long Like A Sicilian!

The people of Sicily are some of the longest-lived in the World.
The number of people reaching their 100th birthdays grows
each day. Researchers say it's a number of things that help them

reach 100, things like...walking, strong family ties, religion, the unrushed pace
of eating meals, the foods- olive oil, tomaloes and capers.

Capers? Yes, capers.
The slightly salty pickled flowers are great for flavoring foods,

but they also boost health. How?
By helping you become more energetic. Capers contain
quercetin- a phytonutrient that helps your body burn

oxygen faster.

Quercetin is also an anti-inflammatory and helps reduce your risk of
dementia and heart disease.
And there's more- they also nuetralize any harmful toxins during digestion.
Add them to meats, pizza, salads and pasta sauces.
One tip- add them near the end of cooking your sauce (or gravy)
or they'll make the sauce bitter.

And if you want to look younger and thinner but can't wait for the
results of a diet, why not use makeup, a hairbrush or a curling iron?
Don't believe it- look for a new E-document written by some of the members
who contribute to this blog and RedCarpetRxs.
The E-doc...The Hollywood Beauty Rxs, Top Stylists reveal their best
kept hair and makeup secrets to help you look,,,

10 lbs. thinner.
10 yrs. younger
like a Runway model.
