Curry Rxs From India!

                                   Boosting Health With Curry Powder!
In India, the people use curry powder the way Americans use salt.
In fact, in northern India where curry is eaten on a regular basis,
the rate of Alzheimer's is almost nonexistent.
But Indians don't use curry powder just to stave off dementia, they also use it to...

1) Boost Brainpower-
Sprinkle a little curry on your kids' soup, sandwiches or eggs and help them develop
"super" intelligence. Curcumin, the anti-inflammatory chemical in curry inhibits
the buildup of harmful protein deposits in the brain.
2) Prevent Colds-
In India, women prepare a broth with curry and some other ingredients
that keeps them healthy throughout the year.
Curry contains powerful antioxidants which helps build immunity,
fortifying the body against all kinds of germs.
To make your own "Curry Broth" do the following...

In a small pot, heat up a tsp. or two of olive oil.
Add 1/2 tsp. of curry and cumin, 2 cloves garlic, grated;
1 tbs. lemon juice and 2 cups of water. Simmer for 3 to 5 mins,
or until it reduces to 1 cup. Add a little sea salt and pepper, if desired.

Make a new habit of adding curry to soups, salads,
stir-fries, scrambled eggs and meat dishes, and boost brainpower
and stay cold-free.

Good Luck!
