Healthy Herb Rx From Greece!

Rosemary For Better Memory! For hundreds of years the Greeks have used the herb rosemary to improve memory.
We can the thank the Greeks for their contributions of history, math, philosophy
and architecture.

In fact, students would hang a sprig or two around their necks when taking a test.

How does rosemary improve memory?
The herb breaks down harmful toxins and chemicals that settle in the upper
regions of the brain, allowing for better circulation.

If better memory isn't a goal for you, use rosemary to...
a) relieve headaches
b) ease muscle pain
c) improve digestion
d) reduce breast cancer considerably
e) grow thicker hair

So, if you're only "go-to" ways to season food were salt and pepper,
it's time to spice things up with rosemary.
Add to meat dishes, soups, salads and stews.
Or add some to hot water and drink as a tea, or add a few sprigs to
a warm bath to relieve aches and pains.

Word of Warning:
Although rosemary is considered safe for everyone, there's
one group who should avoid it- the group: Pregnant women.
It may cause miscarriage. Wait until after you're done breastfeeding to
add this delectable herb to meals and/or a bath.

Good Luck!
