and make a paste. Get out some cotton balls or cotton swabs
and place some henna paste on the cotton and then on your nails.
Leave the paste alone for 3 to 5 mins. And if the paste leaves 

the nails discolored, rinse and buff them with a washcloth.
Use henna once a month for maintenance.
