Live Long Secret From Germany!
Germany like England gets a bad rap when it comes to health and longevity,
and why is that?
People think the fat-laden meals and gallons of beer shorten lives.
Well, it's not true, in fact, people in Germany (and England) do a number
of things that can actually extend your life.
And one of those things is take a hot bath.
A hot bath?
Yes, in Bavaria (the largest state in Germany) is notorious for hot soaks,
( the same type of therapy that's also popular in Finland) and if you want to stave off
heart disease and reduce inflammation throughout your body, you too, better follow
the lead of your German and Finnish brothers and sisters.
More good news...people who take a Sauna twice a week or a hot bath- 5 times
a week, reduce their risk not only of heart disease, but all diseases by a whopping 50%.
Hot temperatures are deadly to viruses that are trying to gain access inside your body.
Bavaria, home to Oktoberfest, is also known for its hot springs and these hot springs
may be the one of the secrets for such long and healthy German lives.
So, are you willing to take a hot bath or sit in a Sauna a few times a week?
If so, good for you and if you're not able to make it to Bavaria or Finland,
just fill your tub with Epsom salt and hot water, get in and relax for 15 to 20 minutes.
And one more tip: Make sure you talk it over with your doctor first, too much heat
can be detrimental to those who are on certain medications, have problems with balance
and already have heart conditions.
Good Luck!
