With all of the talk about Ebola, it's a wonder any of us are able to
continue to live our lives.
If you're not living in Africa, especially west Africa, then you shouldn't
worry about Ebola.
You also shouldn't worry about it if you're not in direct contact with someone
from that part of Africa.

What should you worry about?
Influenza, also known as the Flu. The flu kills about 30, 000 Americans
each yr.
You should also worry about the Measles, Tuberculosis, food-borne virsuses,
air-borne viruses and antibiotic-resistance infections.
And now that we given you something to really worry about, what can you
do to minimize your odds of ever getting one of these "killer" viruses? 

You can look to your friends in other countries for help.

Yes, people in France, Italy, China, Japan, South Korea, England
and Austria have had to deal with all kinds of bacterial invaders, viruses
and germs for centuries and modern medicine wasn't available,

the most persistent types of germs.
Add some to salad, baked dishes, meat and fish dishes and stir-fries.

South Pacific countries to keep themselves virus and flu-free.

And if you're concerned about respiratory problems and viruses hampering
your Winter, then you must start using coconut oil.
Look for extra-virgin coconut oil at supermarkets or health-food stores
and use it instead of margarine and vegetable oil.
