The World's Best Rxs For a Great Summer!

Healthy Tips For A Great Summer!

The Summer season is only 4 wks. old. That means there are still another
6 wks. to enjoy and take advantage of the great weather.
If you suffer from some of the things associated with the Summer season,

perhaps your friends in Italy, France, or Greece can help.

Things like, skin damage from too much Sun, or headaches, or
bloat. You know, things you may also suffer from in the Fall or Winter.
(depending where you live)

Well, to help put an end to those pesky things, let's get some help
from our friends overseas. First up,
a) Headaches-
Too many salty hot dogs may be the cause, but to put
an end to that head throbbing pain, we'll get help
from Greece. And their solution is to go Nuts.
Not literally, but as in eat nuts, they're a great source of magnesium,
an important mineral that ends the head pain.
And if you're deficient in this mineral, it's usually caused by excessive sweating.
So, do like the Greeks and eat a few walnuts, almonds, and pistachios.

You may have to rinse them first, as some come with a lot of salt.
And lastly, skip the processed foods, (white rolls and hot dogs)
and fill yourself with fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts.
b) Bloat-
Ladies, don't think bloating happens in the Summertime?

It does, and it usually means your body's trying to hold onto
water in an attempt to stay cool. To fix it, get help from Italy
or France and use Fennel. The licorice-tasting plant is used in
soups and salads and the seeds to make a tea. Fennel is
one of the best foods to help flush up to 4 to 5 pounds of
excess water from your system.
Another tip: some doctors recommend it to pregnant women to
end their cravings for junk food and keep weight down.
Go online to Google.com if you're not sure how to buy or cook it.
c) Boost Energy-
Who wants to expend energy in the Summer?
Well, if you need to get an outdoor job done, but don't
have the energy to do so, look for help from the Japanese,
the Greeks or Italians, and the tip is...eat Seafood.
Popular in these countries, seafood is rich in nutrients
that help your liver convert food into energy enzymes.
Just make sure you prepare the seafood in a way that's
beneficial to your health, No deep frying it.
d) A Natural Sunscreen-
Concern about skin cancer is on the minds of parents everywhere, and if this is a concern you have, look for help in the Middle East.
The solution: Pomegranate. As popular in the Middle East as apples are to Americans. Pomegranate, the seeds or the juice can strengthen the internal tissues that cause skin to become damaged.
It works so well, it's able to block out about 30% of the Sun's harmful rays.

Also helpful- cooked tomatoes. How many Italians do you know
that are afflicted with skin cancer? Just asking.
And speaking of tomatoes, they also help you get to sleep and stay asleep in these hot and humid days. The more you eat, the more deeply you'll
sleep. Also helpful: Watermelon, the "official" food of Summer.
Make a tomato and watermelon salad and really get some deep sleep.

That's it, 5 tips to help you get through this Summer easily and
effortlessly. And if you want more tips like these,
head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and look for our latest
E-Documents...see both titles to the right.
One will help you avoid the scourge known as skin cancer. using food,
the other- will reveal how the people of Denmark, Australia,

Morocco, Italy, France, China, Japan, Belgium, Greece
and Thailand don't have the same struggles with weight,

as their American counterparts seem to have.

Are you or your family worth a combined $4.00?

Russia's Rx For Superior Health!

Eat The Russian Fruit For Better Health!

When one thinks of the foods that are most popular in
Russia, what foods come to mind?
Caviar
Borsch
A salad of cucumber, tomatoes and dill.
Plov or Pilaf
And Watermelon.
Watermelon?
Yes, we were shocked as well, but apparently many Russians
enjoy the juicy Summertime treat even more than Americans
do. And if you, like the Russians- enjoy a slice or two of this delectable
fruit, look below and see how it (watermelon) can improve
your health.

The Watermelon Rxs:
a) Stronger Bones- The red interior of the fruit is called Lycopene,
a powerful antioxidant that builds and keeps bones strong.
b) Sun Protection- Tired of wasting money on sunscreen?
Watermelon, like other red fruits and veggies (tomatoes and red bell peppers)

protect your skin against the Sun's harmful rays.
c) A Sleep Aid- Need a natural sleeping pill? Have a slice of watermelon

about an hr. or two before bed.
d) A Sex Aid- Guys want to save money and possibly avoid the
side effects of Viagra and Cialis? Start eating up some watermelon.
It (watermelon) increases the body's production of arginine, an amino

acid that boosts circulation, which improves arousal. And arginine also
increases nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels, and
what Viagra does. And lastly, arginine can also improve heart health

and lower blood pressure.
e) Beautiful Skin- Drinking 6 to 10 glasses of water a day may not
be possible for most of us, and it can also be dangerous. But, eating more

fruits and vegetables like watermelon and cucumbers that contain
ample amounts of water is possible. Not only will the water from the fruit
keep you hydrated, but it keeps your skin hydrated as well.

And hydrated skin looks better and more youthful.

That's it- 5 tips from our friends in Russia, on the healthful benefits

of eating and juicing more watermelon.
One more thing...Better hurry, watermelon will be out of season here in
the U.S. and that means higher prices.

Good Luck!
