Sunscreen Protection From Around The World!

Protect Your Skin With Food and Beverages!

It's that time of year again, what time?

The time to protect your skin from the Sun's harmful rays.
The talk of sunscreen and the right type of sunscreen
seems to really dominate the conversation this time
of year.

One researcher says that why is it that you never hear about
skin cancer, sun damage or moles in places like Fiji,
The Bahamas, The Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico,
Tahiti, and other spots where the Sun shines more than 300

days a year?
In a word, diet.
That's right, the people who live in these places follow a better
diet, thus lowering their risk of heart disease, diabetes, strokes,
Alzheimer's and certain cancers, especially skin cancer.

And if you can't move to Jamaica or Tahiti, perhaps you
can eat like them.
Or eat the foods and drink the beverages that help them stay
cancer-free.
a) Japan-

Green tea is the preferred beverage for a lot of Japanese
and it helps block out the Sun's powerful rays.
Drink 2 to 4 cups a day and to make it more effective--add some
lemon juice to
it.
b) India-
The people of Northern India use the spice Turmeric, the way Americans
use salt, and it may explain the low rates of memory problems and dementia.
It also helps keep skin cancer at bay. Use a tsp. or two of turmeric a day.
Add it to salads, soups, egg and meat dishes,  and stews.
c) Poland and South Korea-

In these 2 countries, the people really enjoy their cabbage.
Kimchi in South Korea and coleslaw and stuffed cabbage in
Poland and if you want lower breast and prostate cancer risks,
eat more cabbage. And one more thing- cabbage also keeps the Sun
from doing major damage to your skin.
d) South America-
It's all about avocados in a lot of these countries and avocados
not only prevent skin cancer, they also reverse skin damage
that's already present.
e) Morocco-
If you're a fan of pomegranate (fresh or the juice) give yourself a pat on the back. It (pomegranate) keeps the heart beating for yrs. to come and it also protects your skin from the Sun's harmful rays.

And for those of you out there that want more info on fighting skin cancer.

The World's Best Energy Boosters!

                Boost Energy Levels Naturally!
With warmer weather approaching for a lot of us, that means more
time spent outdoors. If you're still not ready to face the warmer temperatures
due to lack of energy, perhaps a helping hand from your brothers and
sisters from Japan, India or Fiji can help.

That's right, too many people are relying on sports or energy
drinks to boost energy levels and the risks of drinking these types
of drinks are putting too many lives in danger.

In danger, how? The mix of chemicals and sweetners are a toxic
combo that not only cause irregular heartbeats, to constant sweating,
to something that's irreversible and that's sudden death.
So, if more energy is something you're after, do so like the people

overseas.
a) Fiji-
The Fijians get over 3oo days of Sun and that's a big enough boost right
there, but they also drink something called- "Noni" juice.
It's a fruit tree and it produces a juice that can boost stamina by
a whopping 45%. It contains compounds that enhance cell function
in every part of the body.
Find it at health-food stores or go online to Amazon.com.
b) India-
Is it the yoga? Or the turmeric? No, it's Ashwagandha!
Hard to pronounce, this herb has 35 phytochemicals that heal

the adrenal glands (they're responsible for energy) and reduces the
stress hormones, helping to boost energy levels by 40%.
Find Ashwagandha in supplement form at SwansonVitamins, com.
Check with your Dr. before taking any type of supplement.
c) Japan-
From the low stress lifestyle, to the mostly vegetable diet,
the Japanese always seem energetic, but they do have one
thing to really boost their energy levels, and that one thing is...

Mushrooms!
Often thought of as a food to replace meat, mushrooms can more
than deliver when it comes to wanting more energy.
The average Japanese man and woman eat about 22 lbs. of them
a year and thanks to the compounds in them, the Japanese people
get stable blood sugar levels and that's what keeps them going
from Sunup to Sundown. Buy them fresh, clean them and add them
to stir-fries and salads.
So, if you're lacking in the Energy department and you want more

of it, stay away from energy drinks, go overseas and do what
the Fijians, the Indians and the Japanese are doing.

And lastly, if you have a kid or know a kid that's addicted to
energy or sports drinks, get them the following E-book and
hopefully, you can help them save their own life.
The E-book...All Natural Energy Drinks...see title below,

is available at Amazon.com.the kindle store.
Once you download it, learn how to make smoothies,
shakes, teas and green juices that'll rival any sports drinks.
Plus, they'll learn how to massage certain spots on their ears
for more energy, exercise for 2 to 3 mins. for more energy,

learn how the Egyptians and Chinese boost energy, eat these foods
to boost energy and lastly, make the great Dr. Oz's special drink

for more energy.
That's it- Don't delay, order it today.

Good Luck!
