Africa's Rx To Looking Younger!

                         Look Younger Like African Women!

Ever wonder how the women of some African countries look youthful
well into their 70's and 80's?
Well, the women of Ghana manage to do so with a soap.

A Soap?

for such youthful complexions.

What is black soap?

dead skin, and leaving behind a more youthful appearance.

Spain's Rx For A Leaner Figure!

                           Eat Like A Spaniard!

In the southern Spanish region of Spain there's a place called
Andalusia! And this beautiful countryside is referred to as "El
Valle de Lecrin" which translates to Valley Of Happiness!
But it's not just the majestic beauty of the countryside that's
to be admired, it's also a place where 2 foods were started and these
2 foods will make a big difference in your health and well-being.
The 2 Foods:
a) Appetizers-
Instead of eating a big meal at lunch or dinner, the people of Andalusia
eat Tapas. What are they? Considered a "mini-meal" or an appetizer,
this type of meal is smaller but helps you get full faster. When you eat an

appetizer, you tend to eat more slowly, and this helps prevents indigestion
and belly bloat. And if you're struggling with weight, try making some
appetizers at home or order only appetizers when dining out and share with
others and see if it this makes a difference in your weight.
b) Gazpacho-
If you're a fan of Gazpacho and you ever wondered who invented it,
wonder no more-it was invented in Andalusia!
Not only is it a great soup for those scorching days of July and August,
it can also help you get more calm. More calm? Yes, give credit to the
tomatoes and bell peppers, both of which contain vitamin C, and the
more vitamin C you have in your system, the less stressed you'll be.

Where do you find Gazpacho? Find some pre-made at Whole Foods,
or go to Google  and type how to make Gazpacho in the subject line,
or go to Supermodel Carol Alt's site, CarolAlt.com and find a Gazpacho
recipe there.
That's It- 2 food tips from our friends in Spain.

Argentina's Rx For Permanent Slimness!

                     Get Slim Like An Argentinian!

The Argentinian people are less likely to be obese than their American
counterparts, why? It's because of the Beef!
Yes, you're reading it right- Argentinian men and women are big beef
eaters, yet remain slimmer and healthier.

We're told that "beef is bad for you" "beef makes you fat"
"beef will clog arteries" on and on.
But wait- new research says it's the type of beef you consume

that determines how healthy you are.

What type of beef?
The people of Argentina are serious about their health and
only eat "Grass-fed" beef. Grass fed beef has fewer calories,
more nutrients, like vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids, and
no other additives like steroids, hormones and antibiotics which

wreak havoc on your health, especially weight.

So, Fellow Americans are you ready to follow the example set
by our Argentinian brothers and sisters?
Well, if you're ready to convert to healthier cuts of beef,
go online to EatWild.com and buy some healthier and good for you beef.
And for those who are concerned about the price- buying in bulk
keeps cost down or get together with some friends and neighbors
and buy in bulk.

That's It- A healthy beef tip for the Fourth of July!

Good Luck!

Mexico's Rx For a Better Love Life!

A Hot Food Rx From Mexico!

Are you a "hot food" lover? If you're like your brothers and sisters
from Mexico or any South American country, then give yourself a pat
on the back. Why? You may be lowering your blood pressure and
keeping your heart healthy by doing so.
Wait- eating hot foods lowers blood pressure? Sure does, researchers
say most people think the opposite will happen, (make blood pressure rise)
but it's just not true.

Jalapenos, serranos, fresno or habaneros switches on genes that keep
blood vessels relaxed and open, so pressure surges don't occur.
Ever hear of the "Latin Lover?" Well, it's no myth, a steady diet
of hot peppers keeps arteries open and heart strongs, enabling the
men to perform their manly duties  admirably.
And for women, blocked arteries may mean less pleasure and less
sensitivity, so the hot peppers work for women as well.
So, if you plan on having some chili or rice and beans this weekend,
remember to add a little more hot peppers to the dish and improve
your health for the better.

Important tip: If you're on blood pressure meds right now,
do not go off and try the "hot pepper solution" without
consulting with your Dr. first. And if you're healthy and
want to add some hot peppers to dishes-do it slowly, no Overloading

your dishes with a lot of pepper.

And if you need more info on hot peppers and better health,
go to Google.com and type in Dr. John Christopher.
He was a doctor trained in traditional medicine, and was constantly
giving his patients more and more blood pressure medications,
the medications didn't really help, so he looked and looked for
natural alternatives, and he found it...in peppers.
Read how he helped patient  after patient turn their lives
around with the hot pepper cures.

Good Luck!

Japan's Beverage Rx To Lower Cholesterol!

                         Drink Up Like The Japanese!

Want to lower your cholesterol? Want to do it for less than
a pack of gum?
Well, do like the people of  some Japanese cities and drink green tea.

Drinking between 1 and 3 cups of green a day,
tea can lower the bad cholesterol in a matter of weeks.
Give credit to the brew's powerful store of antioxidant-rich
catechins, which decrease the absorption of cholesterol in the body.

And one more tip- avoid adding sugar to the green tea and also
make sure to avoid (or eat occasionally) the danish, pastries,
scones, muffins and canolis. Doing so, will result in more than
high cholesterol.

Good Luck!
