spend a lot of time in the Sun. Be it for work or play, the numbers of hours
spent outdoors can take a toll on one's skin.
So, how do the people of these countries deal with peeling Sunburned skin?
Papaya!
That's right, a popular food that's eaten in soups, stews, salsas or just peeled
and eaten, can also help you overcome the unsightly peeling skin.
How?
Cut up a few slices and put into the blender, add a few drops of milk.
Blend for 30 secs. take a seat and apply to the affected areas.
Give credit to papain, an enzyme that will help speed the healing process
by dissolving dead and helping new skin to grow.
Remember, papaya and a little milk

Good Luck!
