Egypt's Rx For A Healthier Brain!

                Eat The "Blessed Seeds!"
The talk of Alzheimer's, dementia, forgetfulness and
memory problems are a daily topic in some countries.
The loss of memory is as terrifying to some, as are the loss
of eyesight, hearing or muscular strength.

But it doesn't have to be that way.

Thanks to new research, the people of Egypt and Indian

use a seed and this seed can improve your ability to retain
information and recall it later.
The Seed: Black Caraway Seeds. Called the "blessed seeds"
by some, (also called black cumin) they're loaded with anti-inflammatory
compounds and antioxidants that feed brain cells. Look for these
special seeds at Specialty food stores or online at Amazon.com.
Add them to salads, vegetable dishes, breads and stews.
Also helpful for a better brain: Sage an Turmeric.
Why not buy all 3 and make a tea. Add a 1/2 tsp of each
to a mug, pour in some hot water, let  steep and then sip slowly.
Drink a cup of this a day and a poor memory is something you'll
never have to worry about.
That's it- your tip for a healthier brain.

Good Luck!
