You may know this food as an Hors d' oeuvre, but it can actually help

Tomatoes contain an antioxidant called lycopene, and this antioxidant
attacks and destroys free radicals-molecules that damage skin's
support systems. And the basil and olive oil provide you with collagen,
a compound that keeps skin soft and supple.
Need a recipe for Bruschetta?
In a bowl, toss together 1 large diced tomato, 1 clove of chopped
garlic, 1 tbs. of fresh or dried basil and 2 tbs. olive oil.
Mix well and spread over a few slices of lightly toasted Italian
or French bread.

Eggplant!

countries. Eggplant mixed with olive oil is said to help keep
