Nordic Movie Rx For Better Health!

                   Norway's Rx For Better Health!

Any movie buffs out there? How about animated films?
Well, if you're a fan of the monster hit called "Frozen"
you're not alone.
The film is now the no. 1 highest grossing animated film
of all time, surpassing "The Little Mermaid" and it's
not just the film, the soundtrack with the hit song "Let it Go"
is also making a lot of money.
The movie is based on a short story called "The Snow Princess"
by Denmark native Hans Christian Andersen.

But, that's not the point of this post, the point is to let you know
that thanks to the scenic views that were shown in the movie,
people are now flocking to Norway.

Norway?
That's right, the filmmakers shot a lot of footage of Norway
and used it the movie and now people are picking up on it
and traveling to Norway.
And if you and your family plan on traveling to Norway
to see some of the sights used in the movie, make sure to come back
with something more than still photos and video.
Yes, as we mentioned in previous posts, Danes, Finns, Norwegians
and Icelanders are some of the healthiest people around
and if you want some of their good habits to rub off on you,
stick around and learn about their customs, foods and traditions.

And if you want more on this, but aren't willing (or can't) travel
to Norway, look for an E-document called The Nordic Secrets
To Perfect Health, available online at Amazon.com./in the kindle store
and learn why Scandinavian women who eat root vegetables like carrots, beets,
parsnips and turnips are slowly closing in on Japanese women,
as the longest living women on Earth.

That's it-
Remember, good health isn't a luxury it's a necessity.

Good Luck!

The Scottish Breakfast Rx To Look a Decade Younger!

                    Eat Your Morning Porridge!
Are you a fan of breakfast? Is it eggs and bacon, or is it a smoothie?
Or are you a more traditional type and prefer a big bowl of Porridge?

Or oats.
Although we're not quite sure who started eating Porridge as their first
meal of the day, some say it's the Scots- Hence Scottish oats and then some
say it was eaten by the people of Scandinavian countries.

And today, it's enjoyed by a number of people in African countries.
Well whomever it was, Scotland, Finland or Nigeria, just thank them for
the breakfast meal.
Thank them, why?

According to researchers, Porridge made from Sorghum flour has the
power to help you knock a decade off your actual age.
A whole decade?

Yes, the flour helps erase wrinkles, prevent dryness and even increase the
elasticity in your skin, and eating it turns back the clock in a big way.
The flour thwarts an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid, which is
what gives skin its firmness and suppleness.
And for those who like a little zinginess in their hot cereals, add the Jamaican
spice to really turn back the clock. What spice is it?
Ginger. It contains compounds that promote the production of
collagen, the building block of plump, wrinkle-free skin.

So, if you were planning on a danish and coffee (with 2 tsps of sugar,
forgo that choice and have a bowl of youth-enhancing porridge.
Look for Sorghum flour at health-food stores or go online to BobsRedMill.com.

And if this tip excites you, look for our E-doc on how to really
knock off 5, 10 or even 15 yrs.
Learn how the women of Australia, Brazil, China, Egypt, France,
Greece, India, Italy, Morocco, Norway, Sweden, Tibet
and Vietnam manage to look yrs younger than their American
sisters. Hint: No knives, lasers, expensive creams or scalpels
are necessary. Head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and type
Beauty Secrets From The World's Hottest Women in the search bar.

Good Luck!
