The World's Best Rxs For a Better Body and Mind!

                                   Move More and Become Healthier!

It's official, moving more may be the real key to postponing the aging process. We're not talking about 2 to 3 hours in a gym lifting weights or running for 2 hrs. a day, no- the exercise can be as simple as walking
a little more each day to gardening to slow, gentle ballet type moves aka Tai Chi.

Take a cue from some of your brothers and sisters from around the World and do the following...
* The Swiss- walk quite a bit, thanks to the numerous walking trails located throughout the country.
The Danes- Cross country ski and ride bikes. Mainly due to the high price of cars and car insurance.
The Chinese- Also ride bikes and practice Tai Chi.
The Indians- Yoga.
And Americans- They do a number of things, but unfortunately, far too many
are ignoring the warnings from the medical professionals and still spend a lot
a great deal of time on the couch.
If this is you- a "Couch dweller" and you would like to change it, head on
over to Amazon.com/ the kindle store and type (see title to the right)

in the search bar, and learn how you can sit and become healthier.

Good Luck!

European Countries Rxs For Staying Trim!

                                  Getting Lean Like Europeans!

If you ever marveled at the way Danes and Germans always seem
to fit and trim, marvel no more. Below, are 2 of their best secrets
and if you are struggling with your weight, try these secrets out for
yourself.

First up Denmark-
Is it the rye bread? Or all of the bike riding?
Well, they help, but the Danes eat healthy all week
and then allow themselves some of their favorites on
the weekends. It's called the 80/20 rule, eat healthy
80% of the time and you'll most likely keep the weight off for good.

Next up The Germans-
Is it physical labor? Or is the dishes made with cabbage?
Well, it's actually a beverage, and if you're thinking beer,

you're wrong. The Germans dink a wine that contains compounds
that help boost metabolism. Thanks to the cooler climates in Germany,
they're able to produce a wine that contains less sugar.
Wines to try: Rieslings and Silvaners.

That's it- 2 tips from our friends overseas.
Thanks, Germany and Denmark!
