Poland's Low-Cost Rx For Weight Loss!

                                  Eat Green For Weight Loss!

During the past 4 yrs. we've done a few posts on the food that's

as popular in Poland and South Korea (Kimchi) as lettuce is in the U.S.
The food: Cabbage.

Yes, the food that can be purchased for less than $2 can pay bigger
dividends to you in regards to your health.
What kinds of dividends?

Lower odds of getting certain cancers, especially breast.
Longevity-Actress Cloris Leachman, is now 90 yrs. old and she
says changing her diet to a  raw food diet (in her late 30's) plays a big part in her living this
long.
And one of her favorite dishes: Coleslaw. Made with cabbage, sea salt, black pepper,

raw sugar, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and shredded carrots.
A top health researcher says if longevity is a goal you want to achieve, then you must add
more cabbage to your diet.

And lastly, if extra weight is something you're struggling with, try adding more

cabbage to your diet.
Why cabbage?
It's a weight-loss superfood and it (cabbage) has powerful antioxidants

(glucosinolates and chlorophyll) that ward off fat storage and improve the
ability of muscles to burn fat for energy.

That's it- and if you need some help finding ways to prepare cabbage (other than boiling

it for 20 mins.) go to Google.com and type cabbage dishes or ways to prepare
cabbage in the search bar. You can also steam a few of the outer leaves and use
them as a wrap for your burger or chicken salad.
And don't forget to add some red cabbage to your daily menus as well,

it helps protect your brain and that means lower rates of memory loss,
dementia and even Alzheimer's.

Good Luck!

Poland's Rx For Permanent Weight Loss!

The Polish Rx To Lose Weight and Keep It Off!

Top doctors are now jumping on this new bandwagon to lose weight and conquer
sugar cravings.

What bandwagon is that?
The Fat bandwagon.

That's right--adding more fat to one's diet can help you lose weight,
keep that weight off and end your sugar cravings to boot.

This theory of eating more fat isn't new, in fact, a Polish-trained doctor who lived with
and treated the Polish people of some Midwestern states was astounded that
this way of eating was helping the people get off some of their meds (blood pressure
and diabetes meds) boosted their energy levels, helped them lose weight, (especially
weight in the stomach), lower bl. pressure and ended their cravings for sugary and white carb foods.

And something even more astonishing, the good doctor worked with some of these
patients for close to a decade but was reluctant to share this info with the rest of the World,

why?
He didn't want to take heat (criticism) if something happened to some of these patients,
you know, serious heart attacks, strokes, certain cancers, etc.  and in that
decade of working with these patients,  it never happened.

So, if you've been struggling with an out-of-control sweet tooth, high blood

pressure, moodiness, brain fog, extra weight around your stomach, or
just feeling old and worn out, look into the more fat concept of eating, just
like the Polish people of Missouri, Illinois, or Wisconsin.

Italy and Denmark's Healthy Tip To Prevent Cancer!

Eat This And Lower Cancer Rates!

The news from Hollywood this past week was that actress and director

Angelina Jolie had her ovaries removed.
And this is a year after having her breasts removed.

If you're a woman who doesn't have a family history of
breast or ovarian cancer and want to keep it that way,

eat the food that's popular in Italy, Spain, Greece and Denmark,
the food: Olive oil.
More specifically--Extra-virgin olive oil.

Powerful compounds in this type of oil help shut down the
growth of abnormal cells, (including breast and ovarian) before

they can turn cancerous.
And if do add more of this oil to your daily menus, make

sure to limit or eliminate fattening foods, dairy, red meats,
white carbs, sweets, high fructose foods and sugary beverages.

And lastly, if you want to know about some other foods that'll
keep you cancer-free, head online to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and type The Superfoods That'll Help You Prevent Female Cancers,

in the search box.
Once you download it, you can take the material with you to the
supermarket and use it as a guide, a preventative guide.

Good Luck!

Poland's Rx For A Healthier Brain!

When you think of a country, sometimes a certain food comes to mind.

France, you think of cheese and wine, Sardinia, you think Fava beans,
Greece- you think coffee, nuts and lamb, the Middle East, you think
mint, chick peas and saffron.
And then there's Poland.  What food do you think of  when you think of Poland?
Give up? It's cabbage.
Yes, cabbage.

The Polish use it for soups, stews, coleslaw and they even stuff it.
Cabbage as you know, has many benefits, especially when it comes to

fighting cancer. And researchers say that the many cabbage dishes served in
Poland, may be the reason the women have much lower breast cancer rates.
Well,  if breast cancer protection is something that interests you, then eat
more cabbage, but new research says that it may also do wonders for your
brain.

That's right- Red cabbage has the ability to keep your brain free of plaque,
the type of plaque that leads to Alzheimer's.
The red, purplish color fights the free radicals that wreak havoc on your
brain and other organs.
So, if you're concerned about healthier breasts or a healthier brain,
add more red cabbage to your diet.
And for those who aren't fans of cabbage, try the food that's popular in the
Andes, the food: Quinoa.
It too, can keep you from ever developing Alzheimer's.

And lastly, for those who are fans of Pumpkin, look for our new E-document
available at Amazon.com/ the kindle store. The E-doc: Orange is the New
Green, Healing Rxs From The Pumpkin Patch.

European Countries Rxs For Staying Trim!

                                  Getting Lean Like Europeans!

If you ever marveled at the way Danes and Germans always seem
to fit and trim, marvel no more. Below, are 2 of their best secrets
and if you are struggling with your weight, try these secrets out for
yourself.

First up Denmark-
Is it the rye bread? Or all of the bike riding?
Well, they help, but the Danes eat healthy all week
and then allow themselves some of their favorites on
the weekends. It's called the 80/20 rule, eat healthy
80% of the time and you'll most likely keep the weight off for good.

Next up The Germans-
Is it physical labor? Or is the dishes made with cabbage?
Well, it's actually a beverage, and if you're thinking beer,

you're wrong. The Germans dink a wine that contains compounds
that help boost metabolism. Thanks to the cooler climates in Germany,
they're able to produce a wine that contains less sugar.
Wines to try: Rieslings and Silvaners.

That's it- 2 tips from our friends overseas.
Thanks, Germany and Denmark!
