The Asian Superfood Rx For All-Over Health!

                            Eat More Soy Sauce!

Are you a fan of Chinese cooking? How about  a fan of soy sauce?
Well, believe it or not, the salty condiment can actually boost your health.

Yes, the stuff you pour on stir-fried chicken or shrimp or vegetables
to give it a salty boost can improve your health in a number of ways.

Going back centuries, the Chinese believed that certain colored foods
and liquids complement particular parts of the body,
for instance red foods- the heart and its well being,

and black foods like soy sauce- the kidneys.
And as for the particular way soy sauce complements your health--
it decreases free-radical damage throughout the body which means
lowers odds of getting some cancers, diabetes, memory problems,
heart disease and the slowing down of aging, (your body and face).

Soy sauce contains 2 antioxidant-rich powerhouses: fermented soy beans
and molasses, and both of these things can boost allover health.

So, if you're looking for another weapon to fight off aging, look no further
than soy sauce.
And for those who may have to avoid it due to the salt,

look for Brewed soy salt, (and remember not to add salt to
dishes) or just look for low-sodium soy sauce.

And one last tip:
If you're interested in more ways colored foods affect your health,
head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store and look for
see title to the right, download it or borrow it.
It was written by 2 women who regularly send us great information
on living longer and healthier lives.
The E-book only deals with 2 colored food categories,
black and white, and that's more than enough if
longer living and anti-aging are important to you.
That's it- and always remember, All Foods Matter.
Thank -You!

Good Luck!

The British Rx For A Healthier Heart!

A Spot Of Tea For You!

The Brits don't have a good reputation when it comes to health.
But that's not entirely true. If something is done in moderation,

it may actually boost health.
Take a pint... as in beer, a glass or two a few times a wk, can
build strong bones, keep dementia at bay, help you sleep
and keep your heart beating a lot longer.
And speaking of beating hearts, February is "heart health month"

and if you want heart health, then you must look to the Brits.

The Brits?
Yes, and for better heart health,  you must adopt their habit of drinking tea.
More specifically black tea.
Why black tea?
It (black tea) can send your level of artery-clogging triglycerides spiraling
down about 35%. Triglycerides are fats that clog up arteries, and too many
of these harmful types of fat will raise your risk of a heart attack considerably.

So, if you can put aside your prejudices of the Brits and adopt this one habit,
you can keep your heart beating strong well into old age.
Recommended dose: 3 cups of black tea a day.
And if you drink tea, make sure to have it with a little honey,

some lemon or a little milk. Skip the sugar and the pastries.
Both are damaging to the heart.

The Mediterranean Beverage Rxs For Better Health!

                               Drink To Your Health!

If you're someone who's  involved in alternative health, then you're
well aware of "The Mediterranean diet!"
You know, eat fish, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, Greek yogurt,
dark honey, chickpeas, olive and grapeseed oils, and drink strong Greek coffee.

Well today, there's word- that drinking certain teas from an Island located in the
Mediterranean sea, can not only detox your system, they
can also help preserve your memory well into old age.
That's right- Coffee has been a staple in many parts of the World for
centuries, but that's changing.
Thanks to the Brits and the Asians, tea is right at coffee's heels,

and the people who live on the Island of Cyprus are now starting to
follow their brothers and sisters located in England and parts of Asia.

The two teas that'll help bolster your health are...
Coriander and Lemon Balm.
First up-Coriander.
Actually it's an herb and a spice and it's been around for thousands of years.
The people of Cyprus aren't the only ones who enjoy this warm, nutty
and citrusy spice, it's quite popular in Spain and the Middle East.

And if you're at all concerned about the number of toxins and pollutants
that enter your system, then you must add more coriander to your diet.
Add it to soups, stir-fries or do like the people of Cyprus and add a tsp.
or two to a mug of hot water, stir and sip it like you would a cup of coffee.

Coriander can also rid your body of mercury, aluminum and excess sodium.
Find it at any supermarket or spice shop.

Now on to tea no. 2...
If you want to ward off dementia and forgetfulness then you must
add some Lemon balm to your daily menus.
Particularly popular among the women who live on the Cyprus Islands,
the fragrant herb can boost the activity of a brain chemical that amps
up your attention span and your memory. But wait, there's more...

it can also improve focus, boost moods and lower anxiety levels.
Find it in tea form at health-food stores, or head to an Asian market
and look for the fresh plants and make your own tea, or look for
it in capsule form.
Check with your Dr. before taking any type of supplement.

That's it- Take a break from the green and black teas and
expand your horizons and bolster your health with the spice
and herb from the Cyprus Islands.

To learn more about healing yourself naturally,
and avoiding the doctor's office...
head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and download
a copy of...The Asian, French, Greek and Italian Rxs

Good Luck!

England's Rx For Better Health!

A Spot Of Tea For Better Health!

Let's face it- the English are known as tea drinkers.
And there are a lot of tea drinkers in some Asian countries,
but when it comes to black tea, the English rule.
And drinking 2 to 3 cups of good stuff can help you with
health-related issues, what are they?
Heart disease and bone loss.

That's right- New research says that 3 cups of black tea a day
cuts your risk of having a heart attack by 15%. Compounds
formed during the fermentation that turn green tea into black,
are called theaflavins, and they can lower "bad" cholesterol and
raise good cholesterol. Theaflavins also reduce pressure on artery walls
and that helps lower blood pressure.

And now for bone loss. Concerned about losing bone density as you get older?
Well, the 3 cups of black tea that stave off heart disease, can also keep the
bones stronger, especially the bones around the hips.

So, if you're a tea drinker- like our friends from across the pond,
continue doing it. Just make sure to have the tea with a little honey
and lemon, and skip the scones, danish, canolis and other pastries.
The combination of white flour and sugar can really take a toll on your

heart and bones.

And for the women out there, look for a gift from the writers of this
blog and the blog-RedCarpetRxs, what's the gift?
An E-document, written and researched by the members of these 2 blogs,

who bring all of this info to you.

It's all of the above, plus something else.

That something else is a beverage, what beverage?

That's it- A get thin secret from Asia, and to give your metabolism a boost,
aim for 3 to 4 cups a day. And for more of a metabolism booster, add some
fresh lemon juice to your tea and skip the danish.

Look for the brand- Tazo Berry Blossom White, find it at Vitacost.com.
Cost-$4 a box.
