Can you name the food that researchers say that countries who eat the most of
this food-live the longest?
Hint- it's also a food that helps you maintain weight easily and
effortlessly.
If you said Beans, give yourself a hand.
Beans are eaten by the people of Mexico, Peru, Sardinia, Tuscany and the Hunzas
who reside atop the Himalayan mountains. And according to researchers-
they also have live long lives without the health problems you see in more developed
nations.

What's so great about Beans?
Well, if keeping blood pressure in check is a concern, beans eaten a few times
a week, is just the food you need to keep your numbers low.
Beans are packed with an amino acid that keeps blood vessels

by prompting the body to produce more artery-dilating nitric oxide.

or twice a week will help improve your health for the better.
Need help with types of beans and recipes? Go to google.com and

Greece's Rx For a More Passionate Valentine's Day!

                                         Eat Like A Greek!

With Valentine's Day fast approaching, the subject of foods to boost libido
or foods as Aphrodisiacs always seems to come up.
Well, there are a number of foods that may do some good for energizing
you sexually, but why not change your diet and have sexual energy year round.

That's right- according to new research, the best diet to keep you sexually charged,
is none other than The "Mediterranean diet."
Yes, the diet is winning raves for its ability to lower blood pressure, help you
prevent Alzheimer's, lower stroke risk, diabetes and cancer risks, and it's the diet
you want to become a modern-day Casanova or Queen Victoria.

That's right- thanks to its emphasis on fruits, vegetables, non-fat yogurt,
goat milk, lean meat, fish, nuts, seeds, herbs and olive oil, the diet reduces
inflammation all over and boosts circulation-especially below-the-belt.

Also important- if you want to lower heart attack risk and boost libido,
you must also give up the foods that may have hampered you in the first place,
the white foods (flour) trans-fats, charcoaled meats, sweet treats (ice cream
and pastries), highly processed meats (ham, salami, and bologna) and
of course-sugary drinks.

So, if you want to improve your performance in the bedroom,
do like the Greeks and Eat Mediterranean.

Boosting Immunity Rx From The Mountains!

                             Boost Health With 2 Foods!

Are you a World traveler? How about a mountain climber?
Well, why not combine the two and travel to the "Pyrenees.

They're a majestic mountain range nestled between Spain
and France. And it's also home to the tiny, independent country
known as Andorra.

Although it's not a country known to many, it's a country where
the people enjoy the highest life expectancy in the entire World.
And if you're concerned about your health, perhaps you can follow

their secret for boosting immunity.
A  strong immune system is the goal of almost everybody, having
it (a strong immune system) means you can ward off colds, flu,
or get over colds and flu more quickly, and ward off or prevent
the numerous illnesses that occur as we age.

So, what is the immunity secret that the people of Andorra
employ? It's a food and the food is called-"Aioli!"
That's right- Aioli is made of two foods and they're two foods
you may already be eating, the 2 foods: Garlic and Olive Oil.

The people of Andorra combine the 2 foods to make a paste
and put it on everything from vegetables, to fish, and as a spread
for their bread.
And for those who wonder why these two foods are so effective at
boosting immunity...garlic cut your risk of colds, opens up arteries
allowing for better blood flow,  lowering blood pressure, thus reducing
risks of heart disease and stroke, it's a natural penicillin and it detoxifies
the liver. And olive oil: Fights cancer. It helps prevent the oxidative damage
to body cells that can lead to cancer.
And to make- just mash 2 to 4 cloves of garlic and add a little olive oil

to the garlic until a paste forms and add to a slice of rye bread, baked
fish or chicken or to stir-fried veggies.

That's it- one way to develop super immunity.
And if you want more tips like these- look for our E-document still

New Zealand's Rxs For Better Health!

                                      Health Benefits From New Zealand!

New Zealand seems to take a back seat to its more popular neighbor-Australia,
but things may change in due time.

What type of change? With the exporting of two foods.
What two foods? Kiwi and Manuka Honey!

That's right-
Kiwi and honey can help boost health in a number of ways-first

the kiwi.
If one alternative healer has his way, he says he wants the fuzzy fruit
to take center stage like the apple in the next decade, why?
It's a "powerhouse" of a food. Look below and learn why it should
replace the apple.
a) Blood Clots-
Plan on taking a long plane trip?
Kiwi has compounds that act like a plumber's snake able to clear
out sludge from arteries.
b) Cold Prevention-
A woman (a school teacher) looking for something to help prevent

the number of colds she received each yr. was told to eat 2 kiwi a day.
She didn't get a cold that yr. and when she did- the duration of cold was
much shorter. A small Kiwi has higher levels of vitamin C, more so than an
orange.
c) Unclog Arteries-
As you read in the above statement about blood clots- Kiwi has also been

recommended to unclog arteries. Arteries that have been ravaged by smoking,
poor diet and inactivity, don't stand a chance with Kiwi.
d) A Beauty Aid-
The schoolteacher mentioned earlier, had some unexpected side effects
after eating 2 kiwi a day, what were they?
The undereye circles she tried to hide with makeup disappeared and the
layers of makeup she caked onto her skin was no longer necessary.
Kiwi is especially beneficial for dry skin. Dry Winter skin.
That's it- and there's no need to travel to New Zealand to find good kiwi,
look for it at your supermarket or produce store. And for the daring types-
look for the new golden kiwi.

And now on to Manuka Honey, it too- comes from the land down under
(New Zealand) and it's one of the healthiest honeys around.
And with flu and cold season in full swing-it can help you quiet the coughing fits.
Dark honey's antioxidants and enzymes soothe irritated mucous membranes,
easing the inflammation that triggers the cough reflex.
It works better than cough medicine.

And lastly, do not give dark or lightly colored honey to kids under a yr. old
and be prepared to spend, Manuka honey is expensive.

That's it- 2 health tips from Australia's neighbor- New Zealand!

Good Luck!

Big Cities and Blood Pressure!

                               Living In A Big City!

High blood pressure is always in the news. Is it caused by diet?
A lack of exercise? Is it Hereditary? A fondness for sweet drinks?
Or living in a big city?

A big city! Yes, according to new research, living in Paris,
London, Tokyo, New York or San Francisco can cause
a rise in blood pressure.
And no it's not the price of renting, the hustle or bustle,
the overcrowding,  Believe it or not-it's the noise.

The Noise?
That's right- researchers aren't sure why, but they
say being exposed to constant noise may cause an increase in your
stress levels, which causes the increase in blood pressure.
And one more thing, for those who think- "I work outside the
city, and only return to sleep."
Sorry- the doctors say even while sleeping you can expect an increase in
blood pressure.
So, what's the solution?
Have your blood pressure checked a few times a yr. and invest in some foam
earplugs.

That's it- And go on and continue to live in New York, Houston, London,
Sydney, Milan or Dublin.

Good Luck!
