The British Rx For A Healthier Heart!

A Spot Of Tea For You!

The Brits don't have a good reputation when it comes to health.
But that's not entirely true. If something is done in moderation,

it may actually boost health.
Take a pint... as in beer, a glass or two a few times a wk, can
build strong bones, keep dementia at bay, help you sleep
and keep your heart beating a lot longer.
And speaking of beating hearts, February is "heart health month"

and if you want heart health, then you must look to the Brits.

The Brits?
Yes, and for better heart health,  you must adopt their habit of drinking tea.
More specifically black tea.
Why black tea?
It (black tea) can send your level of artery-clogging triglycerides spiraling
down about 35%. Triglycerides are fats that clog up arteries, and too many
of these harmful types of fat will raise your risk of a heart attack considerably.

So, if you can put aside your prejudices of the Brits and adopt this one habit,
you can keep your heart beating strong well into old age.
Recommended dose: 3 cups of black tea a day.
And if you drink tea, make sure to have it with a little honey,

some lemon or a little milk. Skip the sugar and the pastries.
Both are damaging to the heart.

The Japanese Breakthrough To Beat The Winter Blues!

                        The Miracle Mushroom!

Are you feeling blue, down, sad, irritable, and unfocused
due to the long, harsh Winter?
Well, believe it or not, there may be a cure available at your
health-food store.

The Cure:
Lion's Mane.
What is that? It's a medicinal mushroom (not a food)

and Japanese scientists doing research on memory
and recall used Lion's mane for those 2 maladies,
but received some unexpected bonuses.
The unexpected bonuses:

Their test subjects were less irritable, less anxious
and experienced less sadness, in addition to boosting their
memories and focus.
Lion's mane is rich in nerve growth factors, which help repair
and energize weary brain cells.

So, if you find yourself suffering from any of the health issues
listed above, then ask your Dr. about taking Lion's mane.
Find it at health-food stores, and one brand to try:
Fungi Perfecti and Mushroom Science and take between
300 mg. to 500 mg. per day.

Good Luck!

France's Rx To Boost Willpower!

              Eat Less Like The French!

It's Wintertime, and for many that means an endless supply
of sweets, goodies, and other forbidden treats, but to the
people of France.

That's right- The French eat cheese, sweet petits and
drink wine, and yet only 8% of the population
is considered overweight.

So, what's their secret?
They don't feel the need to clean their plates,
(like their American counterparts) and this may
be their secret to thinner waistlines.

longer hungry. They also chew more and make
the meal more of a social event. (no eating

in front of the T.V. or eating while standing up)

There you have it- The French Secret To Boosting Willpower.

And if you need more tips on how to control your Winter
appetite... Look for these tips at Amazon.com/the kindle store.

abilities and two of those foods are associated with

let's be honest, wine, cheese and a piece of bread
are usually associated with the French people.

Anyways, if developing your psychic ability is something

The Mediterranean Beverage Rxs For Better Health!

                               Drink To Your Health!

If you're someone who's  involved in alternative health, then you're
well aware of "The Mediterranean diet!"
You know, eat fish, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, Greek yogurt,
dark honey, chickpeas, olive and grapeseed oils, and drink strong Greek coffee.

Well today, there's word- that drinking certain teas from an Island located in the
Mediterranean sea, can not only detox your system, they
can also help preserve your memory well into old age.
That's right- Coffee has been a staple in many parts of the World for
centuries, but that's changing.
Thanks to the Brits and the Asians, tea is right at coffee's heels,

and the people who live on the Island of Cyprus are now starting to
follow their brothers and sisters located in England and parts of Asia.

The two teas that'll help bolster your health are...
Coriander and Lemon Balm.
First up-Coriander.
Actually it's an herb and a spice and it's been around for thousands of years.
The people of Cyprus aren't the only ones who enjoy this warm, nutty
and citrusy spice, it's quite popular in Spain and the Middle East.

And if you're at all concerned about the number of toxins and pollutants
that enter your system, then you must add more coriander to your diet.
Add it to soups, stir-fries or do like the people of Cyprus and add a tsp.
or two to a mug of hot water, stir and sip it like you would a cup of coffee.

Coriander can also rid your body of mercury, aluminum and excess sodium.
Find it at any supermarket or spice shop.

Now on to tea no. 2...
If you want to ward off dementia and forgetfulness then you must
add some Lemon balm to your daily menus.
Particularly popular among the women who live on the Cyprus Islands,
the fragrant herb can boost the activity of a brain chemical that amps
up your attention span and your memory. But wait, there's more...

it can also improve focus, boost moods and lower anxiety levels.
Find it in tea form at health-food stores, or head to an Asian market
and look for the fresh plants and make your own tea, or look for
it in capsule form.
Check with your Dr. before taking any type of supplement.

That's it- Take a break from the green and black teas and
expand your horizons and bolster your health with the spice
and herb from the Cyprus Islands.

To learn more about healing yourself naturally,
and avoiding the doctor's office...
