The Aztecs Rxs To Lower Blood Pressure!

A Winter Favorite To Lower Blood Pressure!
The Aztecs-a tribe from the northern part of Mexico is
known for their incredible fighting abilities and stamina.

New research says that their stamina may be due to cocoa.
That's right- the stuff we use today to dunk our cookies or
drink while we're watching T.V. on a cold night
may have been discovered by the Aztecs.

The benefits of cocoa are endless,  one benefit that would
help save lives and money is... lowering blood pressure.
Could you imagine your doctor prescibing hot cocoa
instead of blood pressure meds?  Better yet, don't imagine it-
it'll never happen.

Why is cocoa so effective at lowering blood pressure?
A good quality cocoa can relax and open up arteries,

making blood flow more easily and effeciently.
And with the cold weather here for a few more months,
drinking cocoa can help you reduce your risk of a "Winter
heart attack."

Now, that you're aware of the benefits of cocoa, here are a few tips

to remember: Make sure you have the cocoa as a solo dish and
not with cookies, pie, donuts or scones. Adding high calorie
sweets will only negate the healthful benefits. Also make sure

to buy a good quality cocoa- no boxes of dollar cocoa, you find at
big discount stores.

One brand to try: Nestle Abuelita Instant Chocolate
Drink. It's a mix of choc. and cinnamon, a combo that also may have
originated with the Aztecs.
The price- $4.50!

Good Luck!
