Get Slim Secrets From Around The World Pt. 2!

                          Get Skinny Secrets From Overseas!
As promised, here are a few more secrets from our friends overseas and how they
stay slim.

1) Argentina-
Argentinians love their beef. In fact, they eat up to 45% more pounds of beef per
person than Americans. Yet -they're much less likely to be overweight.
Why? The cattle in this South American country are grass-fed, making the
meat tastier and leaner. Meat from grass-fed cattle contains up to 35% less
fat than the grain-fed, hormone laden beef Americans eat.
Another fact, Asians eat more carbs and maintain their weight and
the Argentinians eat more meat, and maintain their weight.
So, what gives? They eat mostly vegetables with rice and meat entrees.
No, mashed potatoes swimming in gravy, no cups of soda and no sugar-covered
carbs for dessert.
Rx For Americans: Try and eat more beef and poultry, but make sure it's
grass-fed. It may be more expensive, but you'll gain dividends that go beyond
health.
2) Gambia-
Where is it? It's in West Africa and their secret... Peanuts!
Gambians don't just have a few peanuts as snacks, they add them to
sauces, stir-fries and and stews.
Peanuts have the power to hold off hunger for 2 to 3 hours. Plus, they contain
monounsaturated fats and protein.
In fact, they contain more protein than beef, poultry, tuna and eggs.
Another interesting fact: Cancer, heart disease and obesity are almost nonexistent.
Rx For Americans: Add more peanuts to dishes, like stir-fries and stews in place of
meat. Also, keep them on hand and snack on them and not candy and cookies.

A 2 or 3 lb. of peanuts will cost you about $3. And yes, peanut butter also counts,
buy the "natural" peanut butter or make your own-without all of the oil.
3) Denmark-
Danes do a number of things to maintain their slim figures, but one thing they
do is something a lot of Americans question. That something: Eat bread!
Not just any old white bread, but a high quality Rye bread.
It's loaded with fiber (unlike the white bread-we eat in the U.S.)
and fiber imporves the body's ability to use fat as fuel.
And research shows that eating more fiber helps block your digestion
of fat, and if you get at least 18 grams of fiber a day, you'll effortlessly lose
about 10 lbs. in a yr.
Rx For Americans: Look for a good quality rye, pumpernickle or wheat
bread and toss out the white stuff.

Good Luck!
