France's Rx For Better Heart Health!

Eat This For A Better Working Heart!

Fat gets a bad rap, what type of rap? It causes you to get fat, it clogs
up your heart and raises your risk of stroke.
But that's simply not true, and thanks to research done in France,
we now know it's definitely not true.

And the type of fat we're talking about is butter.

You see, the French eat butter on their veggies, their crusty loaves
of bread and in their deserts, and yet, have way fewer cases of
heart attacks, much lower than their American counterparts.
And although there are a number of reasons for the low number of

heart attacks, (longer dinners, chewing food thoroughly, better quality
of food, and wine) researchers say butter has a lot to do with it.

Butter?
Yes, unlike the artery clogging margarine, butter is rich in
lecithin, vitamin K2 and other nutrients that block the buildup
of artery-clogging plaque, lowering your odds of a heart attack
by 25%.

So, if you marveled at France's good health fortunes, marvel
no more, just put away the margarine, the canola and vegetable oil
and eat more butter.
One butter to consider: Ghee butter. Available at Whole Foods
or online at SwansonVitamins.com.
Be prepared to pay, this butter is expensive.

Hey, isn't your health worth it?

And lastly, if you want to learn how French star Catherine Deneuve
is able to look 10 to 12 yrs. younger, head to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and type The French Rxs For Health, Longevity and Everlasting Beauty,
in the search bar.
Hint: It's a food.

Good Luck!
