France's Rx For Better Heart Health!

Eat This For A Better Working Heart!

Fat gets a bad rap, what type of rap? It causes you to get fat, it clogs
up your heart and raises your risk of stroke.
But that's simply not true, and thanks to research done in France,
we now know it's definitely not true.

And the type of fat we're talking about is butter.

You see, the French eat butter on their veggies, their crusty loaves
of bread and in their deserts, and yet, have way fewer cases of
heart attacks, much lower than their American counterparts.
And although there are a number of reasons for the low number of

heart attacks, (longer dinners, chewing food thoroughly, better quality
of food, and wine) researchers say butter has a lot to do with it.

Butter?
Yes, unlike the artery clogging margarine, butter is rich in
lecithin, vitamin K2 and other nutrients that block the buildup
of artery-clogging plaque, lowering your odds of a heart attack
by 25%.

So, if you marveled at France's good health fortunes, marvel
no more, just put away the margarine, the canola and vegetable oil
and eat more butter.
One butter to consider: Ghee butter. Available at Whole Foods
or online at SwansonVitamins.com.
Be prepared to pay, this butter is expensive.

Hey, isn't your health worth it?

And lastly, if you want to learn how French star Catherine Deneuve
is able to look 10 to 12 yrs. younger, head to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and type The French Rxs For Health, Longevity and Everlasting Beauty,
in the search bar.
Hint: It's a food.

Good Luck!

France's Rx For Raising Successful Kids!

Raise Your Kids Like The French!

For decades parents have spent obscene amounts of money looking for
the best ways to help their kids become kinder, gentler and more successful.
And unfortunately, a lot of that money was wasted.

That's right, if you're a parent in the U.S. you know that the real

parents may be P.P.
What is that? Peer Pressure.

But that's not the case in France, Spain. Italy or Greece.
The real parenting champ in these countries may be the dining

room table.
Also known as family meals.

Eating together most nights of the week may be the best and low-cost
way to help your kids become respected and productive members of society.
So says top researchers and the reason- food is considered more than something
you chew, swallow and then get up and run from the table.

Not so in a lot of European countries, sitting around sharing info, dreams,
and fears with 2 or more generations of family and friends-results in lower depression
rates, lower odds of having an eating disorder, fewer run-ins with the law,
less truancy (at school) and a lower chance of getting pregnant (girls).
And for adults, the family meals mean better cholesterol  and blood pressure
readings and weight management.

It seems taking your time to really eat and chew helps keep you physically fit as well.

So, if you thought there was some type of guarded secret as the best way to
help kids succeed, there isn't, the answer is right there in your
kitchen or dining room.

And one last thing, if you really want more secrets as to how the French do so much better at this thing called life, you can get some of the answers online.
Online at Amazon.com/the kindle store, see title to the right...
Once you download your own copy-- find out how the French suffer less depression and stress, have lower rates of heart disease and cancer, are able to drink wine and eat cheese most days of the week, have better vision, have fewer colds and look 5 to 10 yrs. younger than their American counterparts.
Don't delay, order your copy today.
Thank-You!

France's Fatty Rx For Better Health!

                               Eat This For Better Health!

It's official, butter isn't bad for you. That's right- It's something the people
of France have known about for yrs. but of course in the U.S. it's
been bullied and shamed into the dark ages.

New research says that after studying the luscious fat for decades it
has come up with some surprising findings.

The findings:
a) Butter is high in antioxidants such as vitamins A, E and the mineral
selenium.
b) Lower Heart Disease Risks-
When butter was shamed and removed from American tables, heart
disease and heart attacks went up.
c) Thyroid Health-
One of the main glands and butter protects us from heart disease
by nourishing both the adrenal and thyroid glands.
d) Cancer and Tooth Decay-
Thanks to the fats in butter, it helps protect us from certain cancers
and tooth loss.
e) Iodine-
A lot of us have given up table salt, and that type of salt has iodine,
and the less iodine you get, the more problems you'll have with your
thyroid. Weight problems, hair loss, too cold, on and on.
f) Intestinal Health-
Especially important for kids and the elderly. Problems with your
intestines and a host of health problems ensue.
g) Better Absorption-
Skip butter on your vegetables and you won't get nearly the
amount of vitamins and minerals you should from those vegetables.
So, as you can see butter isn't all that bad. It's the foods you combine
it with (a big sugary muffin ) or (a plate of white potatoes, fried chicken
and biscuits) it's how you you use it.
And if you're using maragine or some other chemically enhanced product,

it time's to give them up and go back to a good  quality stick of butter.
And lastly, due to time constraints, you may want to read about
take on aging, particularly French women and aging.
Find out why stars like Catherine Denueve (age 70) looks a whole better than her American counterparts who are the same age. One hint: Butter.

France's Plant Rx For Better Health!

Enjoy Better Health Like The French!

What can you say about the people of France?

They seem to eat full-fat foods, nap during the day,
enjoy long evening meals and drink wine yr. round,
and yet, they're health is way better than their American
counterparts.
One secret to their abundant health comes from a flower and that
flower is gaining in popularity World-Wide.
What flower are we speaking about?
The Lavender Flower!

Today- it's used in a number of ways, but our friends from France have
known about and used Lavender for centuries.

And if you're familiar with it's ability to help you sleep, the flower
can also help you...
a) Get A Thicker Head Of Hair-
Massage some lavender oil on your scalp for a min. or two each day
and enjoy luxurious locks.
b) Beautiful Skin-
Are you suffering from eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis (Kim Kardashian)
or adult acne? If so, try the lavender cure. Combine a few drops of lavender
oil with some almond oil and rub into the affected areas.
c) Beat Stress and Anxiety-
No need to go the pharmaceutical route when there's something natural
available, and that something is lavender oil.
When stress or anxiety get the best of you, put some on a cottonball and
inhale deeply. Also place some on your pillow, so anxiety won't trouble you
while you sleep.
d) Future Moms-
The fear of hours of labor frighten a lot of women, and luckily, the lavender
plant may be the non-drug answers you've been waiting for.
Look for a good quality Lavender tea and drink some during your pregnancy
and right up until you give birth. One tea to try: Celebration Herbals
Lavender Flowers Tea,
find it online at iHerbs.com.
Important note: Ask your Dr. about the tea first, it may not be suitable
for everyone.
e) Aches and Pain-
It happens to the  most of us at some times in our lives, an achy knee
or painful hands and now, lavender may be a remedy that won't cause
side effects or send you to the poorhouse.
Mix some lavender oil with a little olive oil (heat the O.O. up if you like)
and massage into the affected areas. Also drink some of the lavender
tea as well.
f) Boost Brainpower-
Concerned about mental decline, forgetfulness or even Alzheimer's?
Not anymore, thanks to Lavender. Keep a vase of lavender flowers
on your work or home office desk. Or sprinkle the oil onto some cottonballs
and place in certain areas of your home or office. Taking in the scent of the
flowers help you relieve stress and they block the breakdown of neuro-
transmitters needed for memory and learning.

That's it- See there's more to the healthy French lifestyle and it's
not just wine, cheese and crusty breads.

Good Luck!

The French Rx For Longevity!

Eat More Cheese and Live Longer!

If you read yesterday's post- it was about the benefits of
eating cheese to help you beat insomnia.
Well today, there's even more good news about cheese.

What is it? Cheese like Roquefort and other types of moldy cheese
may help you live a little longer.
Researchers studying French men and women in their 70's and 80's
thought it was definitely the wine, but they came to the conclusion
that it wasn't the wine alone, but cheese, especially moldy cheese.

The French unlike Americans aren't afraid of a little mold,
and now, that may be a reason why they enjoy good health into old age.
The researchers say that as cheese becomes moldy it develops more
antioxidants and those antioxidants may help clear out some of the
inflammation taking up space on delicate arteries.
Another benefit of moldy cheese: It may keep skin looking younger,
think of Catherine Deneuve, the French star who still looks stunning
as she nears 70.

So, are you ready to add some moldy cheese to your diet?
Head to a reputable market or go online and look for
cheese like Roquefort and other types of moldy cheese.
Yes, it may smell a little, but think of the rewards...
less heart disease, a few extra yrs. of life and youthful and firmer skin.

And if you want to read the article for yourself, go to Newser.com
look at the header- and click on the link that says health,

You should see the title: Stinky Cheese in the top right hand corner.

One more thing- continue to support this blog, and we'll continue to bring you the information that may help you live a little longer.
Thanks!
E-document on longevity, (see title at right)
is available at Amazon.com, give it to someone with an E-reader,
it'll make a splendid Christmas or Hanukkah gift.

Good Luck!
