The World's Best Rxs For a Better Body and Mind!

                                   Move More and Become Healthier! 

It's official, moving more may be the real key to postponing the aging process. We're not talking about 2 to 3 hours in a gym lifting weights or running for 2 hrs. a day, no- the exercise can be as simple as walking
a little more each day to gardening to slow, gentle ballet type moves aka Tai Chi.

Take a cue from some of your brothers and sisters from around the World and do the following...
* The Swiss- walk quite a bit, thanks to the numerous walking trails located throughout the country.
The Danes- Cross country ski and ride bikes. Mainly due to the high price of cars and car insurance.
The Chinese- Also ride bikes and practice Tai Chi.
The Indians- Yoga.
And Americans- They do a number of things, but unfortunately, far too many
are ignoring the warnings from the medical professionals and still spend a lot
a great deal of time on the couch.

If you're into alternative therapies-then you may know about "color therapy" 

you know the ancient Asian art of using a particular color to change
something you may not be happy with. 


For instance, have an unruly and hyperactive son? Remove all of the
action posters in his room and paint it blue.
Struggling with weight? Eat off of smaller black or dark blue plates.
Need more romance or if you're struggling with infertility? 

Adorn your bedrooms, with red roses, bedspreads, naughty nighties, etc.
And if you want more cheer and joy in your life,

The Greek's Herbal Rxs For Better Health!

                           Live Long Like A Crete! 

Crete- a picturesque isle off the coast of Greece, is now being recognized by
natural healers, medical professionals and researchers as a place where living to
age 80, 90 and beyond is becoming the norm.
And why is it happening?
Strong family ties
Walking long distances
Strong coffee
Fish
Vegetables and fruits
and herbs.

That's right- herbs. If you're a resident of the U.S. you may think salt, pepper
and cinnamon are the only things that should go on food or a hot beverage,

e) Olive Leaf=

Most of us know all about olives and olive oil, but the Cretes know all about the
olive leaves. And if you want to reduce blood pressure, keep your heart in tip-top 

shape and block the spread of viruses, then you must add these green leaves
to your daily regimen.
One last benefit: olive leaves pack twice the antioxidants of green tea. 

Look for olive leaves in capsule form and remember- do not add any type of
plant, nutrient, or vitamin without consulting with your personal physician first.
