South American Rx To Stop Summer Colds!

Natural Cold Relief From A Flower!

Long before there were pharmacies, people relied on

plants to get well and stay well.
And not much has changed in some parts of the World,
consider-South American countries.

Some of the people who live in certain South American
countries, still rely on "nature's bounty."
An example--Say you come down with a Summer cold
and want something natural, do like some in South America
and use a flower, more specifically- Nasturtims.
It's a bright, colorful flower and it's been used for centuries
in South America as a cold and flu remedy.

The flower contains an antibiotic compound similar to
penicillin, which is shown to kill bacteria in the upper
respiratory tract. Plus, this flower has immunity-boosting
vitamin C in it, also a cold and flu fighter.

So, if you're one of the unfortunate ones and
comes down with a cold in the next few wks, or months,

remember-Nasturtims.
Find these flowers in major supermarkets, the stems and leaves
are edible, and have a slight peppery taste to them.
Eat them raw or add to soups or salads.
And lastly, it's best to get them from a store.

You may be tempted to pick your own, clean them and
then eat them, but you may be picking something entirely
different, so leave it up to the professionals.

And one more thing...
If you want to get your body into bikini-type shape, but aren't
sure how to do it, head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store,

and download a copy of Bikinis and Sandals.
Once you download it, learn how to get rid of jiggly bellies
and thighs, remove the scales from your heels, get rid of
"Bacne" (back acne) and bat-wings. (flabby upper arms).

Good Luck!

Morocco's Rx For Beating The Heat!

                    Cool Down In Morocco!

In most parts of the World, the temperature is quickly rising
and if you don't have access to air conditioning or fans, you may
want to use the Rx that the people of Morocco have used for decades,

what is it?
Mint.

That's right, mint, peppermint and spearmint can help you feel
cooler. How? Mint is loaded with menthol oils, that fool the body's

internal temperature , helping you to feel cooler and more comfortable.
Plus, mint stimulates the sensory nerves in the mouth and throat, altering
your perception, which also helps you feel cooler.

Purchase fresh mint at your local supermarket or farmer's market.

Or you may want to grow your own, a small pot on your windowsill will
give you mint for quite some time.
To make a tea..place a few mint leaves in a mug and pour some hot water
into the mug. Let it sit for a few minutes and drink as it, or let it really
cool off, add few ice cubes and a tbs. of honey for a refreshing homemade
Iced-tea treat.

Good Luck!

World Wide Longevity Rx Just For Men!

                          Guys- Live Long and Prosper!

Guys, are you aware that movie legend and director Clint Eastwood,

just turned 84? And if that's not impressive enough, consider that he
just finished directing the movie "Jersey Boys" a movie many are
saying could take home the Oscar for best picture.
And something more impressive: those who work with Mr. Eastwood,
say that after finishing a day of filming, he heads to the gym to

lift weights. At age 84, mind you.

So, how is this possible?

Mr. Eastwood started a diet and exercise plan under the guidance of
a man who would go to become an institution in the nutrition
and fitness field.

That man? Jack Lalanne.
Mr. Lalanne overcame his own poor eating and exercising habits
after a violent attack on his brother. After attending a lecture on
giving up the traditional "American diet" he changed his diet the very next day.
And in the following yrs. he opened up exercise studios in Southern California
and one of his first students: Clint Eastwood.

Now, you may think, that's not that unusual, and you're right, but
new research says that Clint, Jack, and a lot of poor countries, may
be right about one thing, and that one thing: A vegetarian diet may
benefit men who want to make to 84 like Clint or 96 like Jack.
That's right, the poorest and least industralized countries in the
World have the populations that live the longest.
And in the U.S. the group of men who live longest? The Latter Day
Saints living in Loma Linda California who follow a strict vegetarian diet.

New research started 20 yrs. ago and recently brought up again,
says that meat-rich diets may be the quickest way to an early grave
or a slow death that's health-riddled.

Why? The iron from meat mixes with blood and causes all kinds of
mayhem and consider that today's meat with chemicals and hormones
is really wreaking havoc on guys.

So, if you're really concerned about your own longevity and want to
read more on this subject, head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and download a copy of see title below...
I and a few of our most dedicated members have put together
this E-Document explaining all about (men and Longevity) and much, much more.
Act now and learn why women may need meat and the one thing that protects them.
And how guys like Bob Hope, George Burns, Ernest Borgnine
and Dennis Weaver lived incredibly long lives.
Also learn the one food that Frank Sinatra ate that kept him

alive despite a lifetime of smoking, drinking, womanizing and late, late
nights, and still managed to make it to age 85.
You'll also learn the one trick that actor Tom Selleck is doing to stay
healthy now that's he almost 70.
And lastly, we'll reveal the one food that keeps The Hunzas, (from the Himalayan
mountains) the Tuscans, the South Americans and the Kuna Indians,
living 10 to 20 yrs. past their American counterparts.
Don't delay, head on over to Amazon.com today, is your health
and longevity worth a few dollars?

Good Luck!

Bulgaria's Secrets To Helping You Look Younger!

                Head To Bulgaria!

When one thinks of endless fields of flowers, where does one
think of? France, Holland, or Belgium?
Well, if you're thinking of one of these countries, you're wrong.
Now, we're not talking actual flowers, but the oils that come
from flowers. You know, the oils that help improve your face and
hair. And these oils come from Bulgaria.

Not a lot is known about Bulgaria and their anti-aging secrets,

but essential oils from flowers is now one secret we know about
the Bulgarians.
In fact, over half the World's rose, lavender and other oils come

directly from the brilliantly colored fields that dot the Bulgarian
landscapes, and if aging skin or dry, brittle hair is something
that concerns you, allow the Bulgarians to do something about it.

That something:
a) Look Younger-
The petals from roses contain anti-aging compounds and fatty acids
that reduce roughness and dryness of your skin.
Make your own oil...mix 1 drop of pure rose oil
with 2 drops of almond oil and apply directly to the skin.
Or use a pre-blended rose oil, available at drug or beauty supply stores.
b) Stay healthy for Life-
Roses can do more than make you look younger, the seeds called
rose hips, are super immunity boosters, helping you to fend off colds,
flu and other illnesses. Look for teas and jams made with rose hips,
or buy the capsules-all available online at Amazon.com.
* Talk with your doctor before taking any type of supplement.
c) Stop Hair Loss-
A major concern for both men and women and if you're in Bulgaria,
pick up some Lavender oil. Popular as a sleep aid, the essential oil
from the lavender plant can also keep hair thick and healthy,

and add strength and volume to it.
And even better news: Research is being done to see if people
suffering from Alopecia can benefit from the oil.
Look for Lavender oil like Nature's Alchemy Bulgarian Lavender,
online at iHerb.com. Or in health-food stores. Combine 5 drops

with 1 tbs. of jojoba or avocado oil. Apply to a clean scalp at night, put a
cap on, and head to bed. In the morning, shampoo as you normally would.

And lastly, if you're concerned (really concerned) about staving off the aging process or living to and past 100 years of age,
look for our next E-document--The 101 best ways to make it to 100.
Available at Amazon.com/the kindle store.
* We reveal why women may actually live longer than men,
hint--they start doing this at 12 or 13.
* Why men should donate this or give this up, to live longer lives.
* How to keep your aging genes, cells, and blood in tip-top
shape and make it to 80, 90 or 100.
 * The 2 food combo that may get you to 110 or 120 yrs. of age.

*Hint- Frank Sinatra ate the food, but didn't know about
the drink and still managed to make it to 85.
 * Why you should look to Clint Eastwood if you're really
   concerned about anti-aging.
 * If you saw 60 minutes story on aging, we'll reveal what they
    left out.
Plus, 100's of other great tips, but you can't sit on the sidelines
and wait, you must order today.

Secrets To Perfect Health, didn't do too well. Is your health worth
