Ever wonder how some Chinese people stay thin?
Is it the diet of rice and vegetables? Or is the bike riding?
Or is it the hard work they do day after day?

That something else is a beverage, what beverage?

new fat cells from forming, and help expel stored fat from your body.
That's it- A get thin secret from Asia, and to give your metabolism a boost,
aim for 3 to 4 cups a day. And for more of a metabolism booster, add some
fresh lemon juice to your tea and skip the danish.

Eat, Drink and Be Merry Like The French!
The French are unusual, they eat fatty food like meats, cheese,
loaves of bread and drink wine and more wine. And yet, they don't
have anywhere near the heart disease or other serious illnesses that are
so prevalent in the United States.
One food they really enjoy is cheese and believe it or not, it can
improve your health in a number of ways, like... building strong bones,
improving the qualities of your dreams and helping you remember those
dreams and it can also help you lower your stress levels.
Stress levels?
Yes, cheese is rich in the amino acids 5HTP, and it (5HTP) helps your body
produce the feel-good neurotransmitters-serotonin and tryptophan.
So, if you were afraid of cheese because it's a dairy food, high in fat,
and expensive, don't be, just remember the French.
And if you're going to be like the French, you must buy top quality,
cheese. The inexpensive, bland, tasteless stuff made in the U.S. isn't
health enhancing, but health debilitating.
Go France!
Good Luck!

Become Cold-Proof Like The Brits!
Enough about the Brits and their bad health, they're a hearty and hale people.
Of course a lot of the blame goes to their diet. Yes, it's fatty and loaded with
cholesterol, but it can also boost your health.
Boost health, how? By adding certain foods that'll make other
foods healthier.
For instance, fries are eaten in England, the way rice is eaten in China,
but it's the way they're eaten.
That's right, the Brits eat fries not with sugary ketchup, but with health-
enhancing vinegar. Yup, the go-to health elixir that keeps American
singer Fergie in tip-top shape is why some Brits live to a ripe old age.
Their vinegar is malt vinegar and it's considered a natural antibiotic,
that keeps the immune system in sterling condition, plus the vinegar
inhibits the growth of illness-triggering germs, germs that are lurking
everywhere trying to make you sick.
Another plus, the malt vinegar is made from a beer-like substance
and not from apples (Fergie's favorite) which makes it easier to go
down and not cause stomach discomfort.
So, next time you have fries, do like the Brits and bypass the Ketchup,
and have some vinegar on them, apple cider, balsamic or malt.
Or add a small amount to a salad, or drink a tsp, with some
dark honey and water, first thing in the morning.
Good Luck!
